Pros- Linda was very nice on the phone and in person. I arrived late and checked in at 9:15pm.
It was not to far off the highway. I was road weary and decided to camp here instead of sleeping at a Walmart because I wanted quiet.
Cons- I was…

3 nights were enjoyable. pool and many family's
Ive been going there for over 30 years. The owners are very friendly. People are always asking if you'd like to join them around their campfire. Fishing is amazing. Clean bathrooms. Just a great wholesome family place to go!
This is a great campground. Lord of pines and shaded sites. Kid friendly and owners are great. Only downfall is limited direction on site layouts. Some trailers double park making trailers almost touching.
We only spent a night at the resort (actually slept in the cave). One thing to know for sure, bring a tarp or tent to cover yourself. We went in March, so with all the runoff from the snow ir was a very wet experience.
I’ve been here twice as a scout so it was a lot of fun to return as an adult…
Nice rural setting, peaceful and nice scenery. Showers could be updated and it does cost 25 cents for a 7 minute shower. Camping sites reasonably priced only take cash or a check. Would have no problems staying there again.
First time out with the new RV. We called to made the reservation by phone and was taken care of very nicely. We were told to go straight to our site and setup and they will check on us later. By morning there was a marker on the pole. The beach was clean nicely set up, the office was very helpful…
We recently stayed here and I have mixed feelings. From start to finish it seems as if high school kids are the only people working there. With that being said they did pretty well. We stayed at one of the beach cabins and I would 0/10 recommend. There is no parking near these cabins (not close…
Was in site 20. Nice spot for tent camping and enough room from each neighbor.
We knew very little about this park going in, but are so glad we’ve discovered it now! All of the hiking trails , but particularly the Flint Rock & Weeping Rock trails, rank up there with the best hikes we’ve ever done. This is the only state park with an actual swimming pool (additional use…

Rated this 5-stars for price, availability, cleanliness and ambiance. Pulled in on 6/1 with our 30ft RV and camp was empty with 15-sites to choose from for a quick overnight stop (it is approx 5-miles off I-90, easily accessible, follow Waze). There are no hook-ups for public, despite listing, and…
Our favorite state park that no one around has ever heard of. We had so much fun exploring the sheer wilderness of this place, all the different camping areas, canoe and kayak launches, picnic areas and trails. There are lake views (and beaches!) almost anywhere you look. The shower areas and vault…

We stayed over Memorial Day Weekend at site 183. It was spacious and very well kept, with a great view of the lake. Wry easy to back in and get set up, almost level and took very little adjustment to get our spot in order. Neighbors were friendly, kids found other kids to play with, and lots of…

The park is beautiful, the campsites are very nice. There’s lots to do including swimming and kayaking on the lake. The only downside for us was that it was very loud due to it being a holiday weekend filled with families and kids. So it’s not the most quiet place but it is quite lovely. Sites 21,…
Campground was clean and owners were very friendly. Great location! Only 6 minutes from Devil's Lake. Also has a great brewery and winery down the road.
