Last revised: December 14, 2022

The Dyrt (“we” or “us”) is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. The policies below explain how we collect and use your data and information through thedyrt.com (the “website”), mobile applications, social media sites and handles, email, and other online services (our “Services”).

We also include specific disclosures for residents of California.

This policy applies when you interact with our Services. It also applies anywhere it is linked. It does not apply to websites or mobile applications other than the Dyrt’s that may link to the services or be linked to or from the services; please review the privacy policies on those websites and applications directly to understand their privacy practices.

We may change this policy from time to time by updating this page and such changes will be effective from the date they are posted. You should check this page from time to time to review it for any changes. Your continued use of the website and related services serves as your agreement to those changes. If any changes cause us to materially and retroactively change the purposes for which we use information we collected from you, we will obtain your consent. For additional information about our Services, please see our Terms of Use.
