It is an ok camp ground the sites are close together the lake was pee green. Few campers smoking the green stuff. Bathrooms are clean. Found a lot of black and red raspberrys allover. Not much room if available take site 1E. Is very well kept up.

This memorial weekend was horrible! Tent worms had infested the campground! Dropping from the trees and landing on you and all your belongings! Had picnic tables fully cobwebbed. Grass wasn’t mowed, was told that they mowed beginning of season! Playground was wet and with high grass!
We’ve been going here for years. The nice part for us is it’s located on the ATV trails so we just drive in and out of campground. There are a couple supper clubs within a short drive that are pretty good. There is a small lake with beach that is very nice for a quick swim as well. You can buy…
Nice sites overlooking Prairie lake. Nice boat launch if you have a boat. Fishing is good! Great camp hosts. Clean bathrooms. Reasonable price a night.

Will definitely stay there again.

Awesome place to go swimming. Very kid friendly, and pet friendly.
This campground, run by the Village of Birchwood, is family friendly with many amenities. There is a public beach, playground, picnic area, boat launch, fish cleaning house, and pavilion. The pricing for sites is reasonable also with tent sites at $10.00 per night(prices subject to change), All…
Have not camped here but drove through a couple times. No thanks. It's a county Park where the county obviously doesn't invest much $$ into. It is on a river though, where there is some kind of tubing set up.
