Located on the North Country Trail. Decent hike to campsite. Biggest negative is there is no parking lot. Must park on road. Campsite was well taken care of. The site is smaller. It does over look a tiny little lake with bird life. Water is mucky looking, I wouldn’t swim in it. Trail goes through…

Awesome river sites, friendly staff, 15 minutes to grocery store. Spacious and spread out , with sun and shade. Great atmosphere!
The camping was nice and quiet and we had a spot right by the water. The food is great and the owners will do anything to be of help to you
This is a full-time camping area and if you want to pull in and camp you can do so for a very expensive price and it is not much sites are 10 to 14 ft apart
The spot is right on the ATV trail into the foothills and spider and you can get up to Walker and other places and clear over to Land O'Lakes trails if you'd like
This is an ATV friendly campground just ride slow and they will keep it open there is no electric or no sewer Great camp host
50 yards off the ATV trail beautiful site
This campground is very clean and neat campsites for a part nice water areas two levels one above on the knob and the other one down below some sites down right by the lake great fishing deep Clearwater
I've camped here twice, now. Once roadside during hunting season with oranges on and once in December. So far, I enjoy it. Where to start... The roads aren't really kept up for the winter. So, you'll want 4 wheel drive and slow and mindful driving. I walked in for ten minutes from one of the…
We loved this campground and this area!
We have site 1 which was right on the lake. We were able to park the camper parallel to the lake which was amazing. Such a beautiful view!
The owners and staff were great. They have a small market and a game room. The resort was clean and well…
Tent camp here once and a while, but finally got around to officially doing the hiking club trail. Love doing a sunset hike, this trail is just over two miles, all along the river, with pretty much continual sunset views if you take the trail East to West. It's a loop, which is always preferred I…

Great state campground, good hiking trails, Paul Bunyan Bike Trail passes through park(120 miles long).Crow Wing town site interesting. Sites pretty close together.
I live close so I visit frequently to use the trails for running.
This park boasts an amphitheater, trails along the river, a group center, an historic site, decent bathroom facility, and spacious camp sites.
The electric site area isn’t super awesome, as it gets crowded and is more like a…

Okay so this state park is beautiful. The trails are wonderful. The campsites and campground are great. Except... I camped here in a 2006 Toyota Tacoma and mice essentially had their way with every part of my vehicle in one night!!! I have a topper and a built-out bed in the back. It was chilly and…
Really friendly folks, nearby beach, close to lakes and clean, had a lovely time. Close access to state parks and boating.
