We introduced our youngest to camping at this campground. It’s a crazy story. In summary you couldn’t ask for a better first time family campground as far as my sons first camping experience lol well I’m surprised he doesn’t deeply hate camping. Everything that could of went wrong did including…
Clean and quiet. Reasonable prices and nice friendly people to deal with. Good fishing on Birch Lake and a very nice swimming area. Will be going back.
got here on a saturday and was too late to go home, there was one spot left, it gets really quiet around 10 pm. did a little shore fishing, they have some nice bluegill here.
It was a last minute booking over 4th of July. This was our first camping trip in our 30' camper, in a state park Campground. Not alot of room to maneuver 5th wheel around, spote are skinny, close together, not much shade. Showers are push button and lasted 5 seconds, NOT IMPRESSED!!
Large drive-through sites for RVs nice sitting close to the lakeA little spend he at 50 bucks a night
Minnesota in the summer the parks are very full of large RVs. Our teardrop fits inside one. Nice clean campground. Friendly rangers. Nice showers. Beach area is small and no where the dogs can get in. Great charity that sells and delivers firewood.
We stopped for one night on our way to a teardrop camper rally. Feels more like a city/county park. No foliage between the many, many sites. Lots of big RVs and boats crowded in a small space. And us ...
I really enjoyed this campground. Everything is level and clean and so well maintained. The beach was nice and clean-with playgrounds-and the water crystal clear. The bathrooms and vault toilets are the cleanest I’ve ever seen!
Very nice park very clean and the people are so friendly beautiful place ❤️☺️
Clean restrooms and facilities, friendly Camp host, little man-made lake you can fish in. Overall a good experience.
92,000 acres and a chill vibe. Sites at Knoll Campground are nicely spaced out. I can see the lake and hear loons calling. I only wish there were more swimming .
The owners, Kathy and her husband, are wonderful hosts. The campground is extremely clean, well organized and relaxing. 50A full hookups at most sites, all are on the water. One dock for two or three campsites. Beautiful clean lake. Can't ask for more for only $55- a night.
Why don’t they water or oil the roads. Dust is thick in the air. All over everything. Our black pickup is white. Only one dump station for Bear Paw and PineRidge. We won’t be back.
This place is all around a nice place to camp and lots to see and do I’ll be back
