Quiet place to rest

Great place right off of 90. Follow the gps location on the app. Don’t use the address off of the city’s web site. Plus there are signs for camping that will lead you right to it. It’s a first come place with no reservations and you pay on the honor system when you pull in. But full hook ups and…

Camden State Park

Pros: lotsa trees. Cons: Go to the lower park, more to do, more to see. Upper camp, not much to see, plus our site was really steep

Beautiful Area

Overall a good experience. The location, sites, amenities, shower rooms are clean and great. I don’t know why the vibe feels a bit off except to say the people. Seems a little unfriendly. People cutting through sites. Parents not being kind, some kids being over the top.

  • Most of the day - full sun
  • Campsite vacant - view of lake
  • View of rear of site - other campers

Staying here during trip to SD, April is cold bit nice check in process. Clean and level site. Large site and we'll spaced out. Super nice lady, owner?, Checked me in and was super nice. No water hook up due to weather but glad we chose this as a place to stay. Would recommend for price with…

Great place to camp with kids

Nice playground for the little ones in the campground and a nice park with large playgrounds across the street. Big sites and well kept.

Feels like you're in the woods.

This camp ground is surrounded by farm land including our own. The only down side is the lake is shallow so fishing is best early early camping season. The showers are also odd to get dressed since there's no mat so maybe go in with a swim suit. Cell service is sketchy! If you like backpacking in…

Great site to spend a week

I can not say enough about this campground. The sites are well maintained, bathrooms are IMPECCABLE someone was out cleaning the shower house at 11pm one night. The staff are extremely friendly and there is so much fun for the kids to bike, swim (sand beach), and fish. The surrounding area…

Mini Golf with Uncle Lester.

Ive been coming to Cutty’s since i was a child for family reunions. Uncle Lester had a membership and since we were related we could use his pass for mini golf, the pool, and the big shelter house near his favourite spot he always rented for his RV. Cutty’s is great for the family rain or shine!…

Nice campground on the prairie

There are two campgrounds in this park - the upper one is on the prairie while the lower one is situated among trees along the river. We stayed in the lower campground in site 30. The lower campground is close to the playground and swimming pond but it rained the whole time we camped so we didn't…

Typical small town campground.

Decent little dock and shelter house. Dump station. Campfire rings and picnic tables. Bathrooms were decent. Electrical hookup only. Kids screaming and people partying super late.
