Artesian springs resort

Has a white sand spring fed swim area with a large slide and a trolley. Golf cart and pet friendly. Trails to walk on in the woods around several ponds. Has 30 and 50 amp connection's, sewer and water hook up. Tent and cabin camping also. Canoe rentals for catch and release fishing in ponds. …

Awesome views of the Gulf.

Great spot on the Gulf of Mexico. The sites have full hookups and are level, and best of all on the beach. This is not a typical RV park as there are no amenities. As of this date rates are $70 a night. One of the best things is there is a gazebo at the back of the site, with a light. I am from the…

Beautiful find

What a pleasant surprise. This hidden gem is gorgeous. Camped in site 102 along the water. Neat, clean, well-maintained. Staff were very helpful. Wish I could stay longer.

very nice camping spot

I would give it a five but the trails are all closed and some of the sites were flooded .

really secluded spots  easy to get into and camp is under the trees which is a nice touch .

Easy access to Big Thicket, clean, comfortable campground

About 30 mins to Big Thicket visitors center and hike access. There are several nice hikes in the park but many were closed due to a long-leaf pine reforestation project that involved logging and shredding. A bit inconvenient and we could hear the shredders but we met one of the project engineers…

Beautiful park, site 331

My new favorite park. The variety of trees is so beautiful. There’s huge magnolias , pines , maples and of course the bald cypress trees in the water are amazing. Some of the sites are huge, our pad was a little tight but we managed to angle in so we could still be on solid ground and pull out the…

Nice small park

It is a nice park not big with some nice trails, the camping spots are really close together, restrooms and showers well maintained and cleaned daily.

Beachfront on a perfect beach

The area was ravaged by the fall hurricanes, so almost no stores, restaurants or gas stations are to be found within 15 miles..... so get everything you need before you get here, cause once you're here you have no reason to leave, if you're here for beach.

You'll get greeted by a southern…

Excellent and inexpensive

Great COE park. Spacious sites and great lake access. Can't beat the price compared to the State Park that's the next door neighbor to this park.

Great little park

We enjoyed Christmas in this quiet park, kinda chilly and pretty deserted. As per normal for RV parks, WiFi sucks but cell signal was adequate (fairly strong with WeBoost) close proximity to shops and restaurants (loved Tia Juanitas Fish camp). Walks, bike tracks, river for kayaking all add to…

Nice

We liked this place. Campsites are large and decent amount of shade. Close to Martin Dies SP. Only negative is a lack of hiking trails, otherwise its a great, quiet spot.
