    Portland RV Park

    Convenient to Downtown

    We stayed at Portland RV Park for a weekend while attending an event in downtown Corpus Christi, and the location couldn't have worked out better. It's just a quick drive across the bridge, but what really made this stay memorable was the water access. One morning I launched my kayak directly from the park and paddled across the bay to downtown Corpus Christi, tying up at one of the public docks. It's definitely not for inexperienced paddlers because of boat traffic and changing conditions, but if you're comfortable on the water, it's a really fun adventure. Even if you don't want to paddle across the bay, there's a brand-new public boat ramp just down the road on the same side of the highway. It has plenty of parking, floating docks, an excellent launch, and even a fish cleaning station, making this a fantastic place to stay if you bring a kayak or boat. The park itself was clean, quiet, and easy to access. The full hookups, reliable Wi-Fi, and contactless check-in made everything simple. I also noticed their monthly rates are an incredible value since they include electricity, water, sewer, trash, and Wi-Fi. It seems like a great option not only for a weekend like ours but also for anyone looking to spend an extended stay near Corpus Christi without paying resort prices. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area.

    Canton I-20 RV Park

    Easiest On-And-Off I-20, everything we needed

    We stayed at Canton I-20 RV Park as an overnight stop while traveling between the Dallas area and Monroe, Louisiana, and it couldn't have been more convenient. If you're traveling east or west on I-20, this is one of those parks that's easy to get to without wasting time driving far off the interstate. It's also close enough to Buc-ee's in Terrell to stock up on snacks, fuel, and anything else you forgot before getting back on the road. Even though we were only there for one night, the park was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Check-in was simple, the hookups worked perfectly, and we had a peaceful night's sleep before continuing our trip. I can also see why this park is so popular during Canton's famous First Monday Trade Days. It's only a short drive to the market, and the park offers amenities that would make it a great home base for vendors and shoppers alike. Between the free laundry, swimming pool, covered patio, clean showers, and all-inclusive monthly rates, it seems like an excellent place for both a quick overnight stop and an extended stay. We'll definitely keep Canton I-20 RV Park on our list anytime we're traveling I-20 through East Texas. Whether you're crossing the state, visiting First Monday Trade Days, or just looking for a quiet place to spend the night, it's hard to beat the convenience.

    Beachside RV Park

    Walking to the Beach

    We stayed at Beachside RV Park& Self-Storage at Crystal Beach because we wanted to be as close to Crystal Beach as possible without actually camping on the sand, and it turned out to be a great choice. Oh yeah and Margaritaville wasn't in our budget. One of the best parts was how easy it was to get to the beach. We walked down several times, and we also drove our beach cart from the park straight to the beach, which made hauling coolers, chairs, and fishing gear incredibly convenient. Being that close meant we could come and go throughout the day without any hassle. The park itself was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The concrete pads were a nice touch after spending time on the beach, and the Starlink Wi-Fi worked great when we needed it. Check-in was simple, and management made everything easy from start to finish. If you're looking for an affordable RV park that's just a short walk or quick beach cart ride from Crystal Beach, I highly recommend Beachside RV Park& Self-Storage at Crystal Beach. It's a great home base whether you're spending the weekend relaxing on the sand, fishing, or exploring the Bolivar Peninsula.

    Magnolia Beach RV Park

    Coastal Quiet Haven

    We were doing a little Texas coastal crawl and wanted a quiet place to use as our home base for about a week. Magnolia Beach RV Park turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. If you're expecting a big resort with lots of activities, this isn't it, and that's exactly why we enjoyed it so much. The park was peaceful, well maintained, and never felt crowded. It was the perfect place to come back to after spending the day exploring the coast, fishing, or just relaxing by the water. One of the things we appreciated most was being within walking distance of Magnolia Beach. It was easy to head down to the shoreline (shell beach) whenever we wanted. We'd definitely stay here again the next time we're exploring the Texas coast. Their weekly rates were really low!

    Portland RV Park

    Downtown Convenient

    We stayed at Portland RV Park for a weekend while attending an event in downtown Corpus Christi, and the location worked out perfectly. I paddled across the bay and tied up at one of the downtown docks before heading to the event. I definitely wouldn't recommend it unless you're comfortable kayaking in open water and paying attention to boat traffic, but it was an awesome experience and a fun way to get into town. Even if kayaking isn't your thing, there's a brand-new public boat ramp and dock just down the road on the same side of the highway. It has plenty of parking, a nice launch, floating docks, and even a fish cleaning station, making it a great base camp for anglers and boaters. The park itself was clean, quiet, and well maintained, with full hookups and a very easy contactless check-in process. After seeing the property, it also struck me as an excellent option for longer stays. Their monthly rates are extremely competitive, and they include electricity, water, sewer, Wi-Fi, and trash, which is a fantastic value compared to many other parks in the area. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we're in the Corpus Christi area.

    Aransas Pass RV & Storage

    Monique's Review is Pretty Accurate

    The only thing I'd add is as a long term resident here management does regularly fill in the ruts and things, but during rainy season it can get a little bumpy and muddy in certain areas, but as soon as it dries up they come along and fill it in with new road base. 

    Overall it's a great place to live long term on a budget. I know that my expectations are not the same as an RV resort here, But I get all my bills paid for, electric, water, sewer, WIFI, all included in the lot rent, and being so close to the ferry as Monique mentioned and being so close to HEB and Walmart, this place is ideal for someone wanting affordable housing in Aransas Pass. The managers are no nonsense and they kick people out when they need to, I've seen it a couple of times.

    Peaceful little park that sits just outside of the lake so the cove is nice to swim in . It’s Texas so there’s plenty of ants and mosquitoes but not an unusual amount . Lots of shade so pick smart if you need starlink

    Rayford Crossing RV Resort

    Professional park for work/urban customers

    This is a 5 star property across the board. The management company owns several nationwide and it's clear they know what they are doing.

    The park is near the border of The Woodlands and Spring. It's much quieter than either town yet close to both with groceries, restaurants, and all that jazz just minutes away.

    I'm using this park as I transition to fulltime RV life, moving out of my home in The Woodlands. Many people here work in town or are here seasonally, such as petroleum industry folks.

    The park is like a mini RV show with several large and high end units and many folks with vehicles in addition to their RVs. If you're looking for urban but woodsy in a clean and safe environment, look no further!
