The park is nice , access to river to relax and cool off. 80 percent of the park is residents the only spots available for weekends is in direct sun. If you want a fire you need to rent a fire ring and buy the wood from them. The staff was not real friendly. There’re was only one young lady there…

Serene, surburban feel

We stayed here a few days and enjoyed the cleanliness, gentle vibe the place offered.

There are great perks to staying here if just wanting to chill in the RV. But, it’s also close to the nearby attractions such as, the Alamo, The Mission state park and the River Walk. We enjoyed the amenities…

Simple Campground

The FamCamp is small and simple but affordable place to stay while you’re in town. Although the sites are paved, there is mud everywhere during rainfall. Only one side has shade.

Fantastic Place to Visit!!

We recently stayed at 7A Ranch and had the best time! Everyone was super nice and very helpful! We went for out daughters 10th Birthday! We rented the Cantina Loft. There was 11 in out party and we had plenty of room and the sleeping accommodations were super nice and comfy. The property was…

All the things, but kind of sad

Alamo Fiesta RV Resort has all the things you might be looking for for an overnight stop over. There is a pool, a store, laundry, etc. The staff are friendly and helpful. A large percentage of the trailer spots seem to be occupied by long-term residents, who are friendly enough, but I felt…

Just off i35

Super easy to get to off i35 between New Braunfels and San Antonio. The park is nice but could use some updating. The daily sites are up front and those are kept up, but if you walk around the park the ones near the back that are mostly monthly rentals could use some TLC. The playground was okay…

Quiet, clean, and convenient

Campground is a great place to stay to explore Borden, The Hill Country and San Antonio. Super quiet, many long term residents. Pool looks extremely clean.

Note.. as of 3/18/21 construction is still happening. Front office will give you the best way to enter park.

Bicyclist’s Beware

We stayed here at the camp ground for a week. It’s a decent campground with a pool, hot tub, dog walk, minigolf and a playground for kids. Facilities are clean and grounds are well kept. Very close to the riverwalk and downtown. There’s even a bike trail into downtown. But this park is in a bad…

Average RV Park

Good location along I35. Park has asphalt streets, but gravel sites. Mix of pull through & back in sites. Some sites have a small picnic shelter on a concrete pad. Full hookups with all utilities working as expected. Friendly, attentive staff. Nice, clean laundry room with new machines. Wifi is…

100% Recommend

Great park! Very clean and the sites are well maintained. They aren’t all level but compared to other campgrounds they are pretty even. Loved the extra parking spot for our truck. This campground feels super secluded away from the bustle of town, but is an easy 30-40 mins drive into New…

All the amenities

This lace has everything you could want at a campground. Minus the privacy. On holiday weekends it's packed from but to butt
