Lovely wild camping

Beautiful BLM area! Plenty of drive-in areas and tons of land around the lake to access. The single vault toilet is down at the lake, but helpful if needed. We will be back!

Poor customer service

Been a member here for many years. Called to let them know our rig was bigger then it has said from previous years and we would be getting in late. They didn't even give us a chance to say our name before stating there would be an envelope outside for us with our site number and then hung up. So…

Beautiful park near Pallose Falls

Awesome park near Dayton and Palouse Falls. Absolutely NOTHING, including cell service nearby, which made this open campground in a winter wheat field absolutely perfect!

The hosts/owners are good people, who are accommodating, and welcoming. Will definitely be back and enjoyed the gem.

Would pick else where

A lot of rules at this camp ground because it’s attached to a county park. No alcohol at all and they check Quiet hours are VERY strict even when no one else is by you. You can camp by the water but can’t swim by the camp ground only In designated swim zone

Wide open spaces

Finally a park where you have a little space between RVs. Full RV hook-up and internet for $35 per night. The owner drives through the park daily to say "Hi" and check on you visit.

Stop in and check them out!

Equestrian campground

This place is such a well put together establishment, it has the most beautiful breath taking sceneries. It also seems like the perfect atmosphere to reallly beable to bond with your horse, so you both can be comfortable while being train together. I would recommended this place to whomever is a…

This is a well populated, well maintained adorable site. It’s secure with a gate and even has a mini golf course inside. Can not stress enough how safe and clean it is, we absolutely loved it’s manicured gardens for an RV Park. While we typically prefer to stay in more remote and private primitive…

Excellent facility—beautiful and clean!

Military site with everything you could possibly need—tent, RV, and tiny cabins. This site was very well maintained, and very highly trafficked in the summer. Access to water and excellent for some good old fashioned family fun :)

This site has a very strange energy about it...though we were here on a hot weekend so perhaps the discomfort with the heat colored our experience. Campsites are equipped with rings and there is a restroom

Not so hidden gem

This little campground/RV resort is just off a freeway & lots of trains travel close by....BUT, if u live nearby & are up for a last minute camp trip, this place satisfies! I don't fish, but I'm told they catch em off the docks. The host keeps things real clean/nice looking, and I'll bet u…

Camping courtesies

Tent sites are super close together, only about 15ft from firepit to firepit . With so little of space between site beware .Our camping neighbors were very noisy and up till 4am drinking and partying

Danger and Exhilaration

Miles outside of established civilization, past Dayton, Starbuck and Lyons Ferry rests a hidden high desert gem, Palouse Falls. This roaring waterfall has captured the hearts and minds of many since a few years ago when a man rode a Kayak over its 200 foot descent.

This tents only and day use…
