Site 15 June Fun

Stayed 3 nights. Electric + Water. Used dump on departure. Dump sit is graded and tips the wrong way ( down in front and away from sewer port) so prepare for that as you pull in to dump.

Quiet, clean, well kept, no frills

Reservations on the phone were helpful and pleasant. Rest Rooms with showers are very clean all the time.  Maintenance workers are busy about the park weekdays. Ice machine use is included. Picnic table under a 20-30 ft tree on every site. Use your Good Sam club discount. Drive-through and back in…

Nice, but flawed

This is a nice little campground near the beach.

If you want to get to the beach, it is down a path with some of the worst mosquitoes we have ever seen.

The sites are set up so that only the EVEN number sites have hookups on the drivers side. Otherwise, you need extensions for you electric,…

A Decent “Last Resort”

We were traveling through Washington on a busy holiday weekend - without campground reservations. There were virtually no boondocking opportunities on this part of our route - plenty of forest, but also lots of gates and “no trespassing” signs. We had just driven through the little town of South…

Very well laid out place

This place was very nice and quite convenient. 2 miles from the nearest town and right on the coast this place had large pieces of land for RVs and Camping and also had cabins as well. Highly recommend staying here.

Expensive KOA

Great if you have kids, but not if you just want an overnight stop.  Check in was very slow on the afternoon of Memorial Day.  Got there at 5:00 and there was only 1 check in clerk, to check in and sell store products.  By the time I got to the front of the line, there were 6 people waiting.  Pull…

Everything kids need and more

To be honest I didn’t have very high expectations for KOA campground. Everything that I had seen of their campgrounds seemed expensive for what they had to offer. We were quite surprised after our arrival to see all the different activities included for the kids. They had a inflatable pillow…

Beautiful campground

Fort Stevens is a fantastic state park facility.  The campground is large and extensive with options for every kind of camper from tent spaces to yurts.

There are lots of trails to ride bikes on and nearby beaches to relax and enjoy.  As well as a few places with military history displays.

Affordable city park camping

This is just another small city park offering minimal services for$10-15 a night(depending on which sign you read), using the iron ranger system. It’s at the far end of a city park with a lumpy, root filled, grass covered hill in the middle with a few(6 I think) RV sites around the outside edge…

Opens only on May 27

We were looking forward to a quiet and simple night camping in our little rented self-contained camper van on the last day of a 12-day road trip. We arrived at the end of the road to find the campground closed, so we ended up abandoning our final night and driving home. The campground is pretty,…

Great Spot

Great camp sites nestled in the pines within walking distance of beach access on the Columbia River. Great fishing and barge watching. All the full hook up sites had shade except for ours which was fine by us. The camp road is a bit narrow with steep drop offs so take it easy pulling in. Very…

Great place!

We had a blast here. It’s 15 minutes from Astoria. It’s a huge site, with multiple places for kids to play and places to do laundry. The sites were pretty good size, and the staff was great.

Regular campsites and yurts - YES; RV spots - NO!!!

I love Seaquest for their beautiful campsites and the proximity to a wonderful forest to bathe in. But don't go for the RV sites, which are laid out in a parking lot setting with no real distance from neighbors and not surrounded by trees. Unless that's your jam. It was definitely not ours, tent…

Tons of things to do and that's just the campground

We used this campground as our base camp for exploring the area. Walk down to the river, play on the field, drive up to Mt St Helens visitor's center.
