Great location, very friendly, pool and facilities are very clean. Lots are level with picnic bench, shaded trees, and fire pit built in. Absolutely would stay here again!!!
Really nice campground, but the campers themselves gave a very strange vibe. In the area where there is tent camping there appeared to be people who were possibly living there full time. One car was broken down and crashed, another had tickets, and one camper had a cot, lots of stuff strewn about,…
I really enjoyed this park. Very accessible on a motorcycle. Nice campground area suitable for tents. Plenty of picnic tables and storm shelters and restrooms.
The whole place was well kept, clean, and inviting. We only stayed one night for my boys first camping trip, but it delivered. Campsite had water access and basic needs (table, fire pit, and a parking spot). Quiet at night, patrolled regularly. Fun, nice, trip.

This was our first time staying at the Chickasaw National Recreation Area and we loved it! Our site was wonderful and about 50ft from the water. The site itself was well shaded throughout the day and was fairly surrounded by trees. We noticed nearby campsites were more open and not as shady…
It rained all night but the place was so quiet, restrooms very clean, well stocked store. Lots of sites. Off the main highway so no road noice but the off ramp has a gas station and restaurant.

This is a beautiful COE campground on the Lake of the Arbuckles near Sulphur, OK in the Chickasaw National Recreation Area. There’s a variety of tent and RV sites from lakeside to sites enclosed in trees. 50, 30, 20 amp service with water, mostly level and easy to back-in. The shower house was…

This is a beautifully kept up RV park. Lots of grass, concrete pads, and storm shelters. Easy in and out, except getting into park from Interstate. It is a very dangerous turn across three lanes of traffic to get into park. If traveling North get off one exit early.
Great camping for a KOA, right on the main road so a little noisy
We had a great stay in Lake Thunderbird State Park near Norman Oklahoma. The park has 11 campground areas situated around the 6000 acre centerpiece lake with many tent, RV sites and some of those have full hook up; our choice was the Little Ax campground on the southern end just off Oklahoma 9. In…

While traveling through Oklahoma, we wanted to find a good, clean campsite and after reading nightmarish reviews of lake Thunderbird, we decided to go here instead. And boy am I glad we did. The bathrooms were large, clean, and very well maintained. They even have a nice shower. It’s quiet, heavily…
This campground is located by a couple of questionable housing additions. Campers have stated items have disappeared from their sites. The traffic is very heavy in and out of the area. It’s a nice part of Lake Ellsworth, however, it is definitely not a campground that is on my top ten list. There…
I stayed 2 weeks here and it was a quiet place during the week. It's very unfortunate that there isn't showers.. I would have stayed longer had there been
I stayed at Wes watkins tent campground for three weeks.. it was completely relaxing and quiet. The park staff was very friendly and helpful with anything that I needed. Thank you
DO NOT STAY HERE. We arrived around 10pm only to realize the electrical box didn’t work. There is no after hours number and nobody to offer assistance. Several kind neighbors came to offer help, all coming to the same conclusion. Electric box didn’t work. Luckily, we found Road Runner Rv park down…
