Not safe at night. Transient people roam the area. Hourly rate motel next d

This place does not feel safe. Located next to a meth head mobile home park and an hourly motel across the street can be entertaining at times. New owner, David Syler, took over the place and talked a big plans to upgrade things but hasn't. The park has flooding issues, has a huge vagrant problem and they hiked the rent up to$800 a month. Instead of addressing things he is kicking out anyone that speaks ill of him. Place looks old and run down and not cared for. Half the laundry machine are broken and the bathroom stalls are atrocious. The say they do background checks but have a convicted felon and murderer on site and as part of the staff and will lie if you ask. We have been tenants for over a year and we're told to vacate today with no warrant or reason.

SiteStayed here over a year until this incident.

Poorly managed dump that is also dangerous to you, your vehicles, and your pets

Our dog was attacked Sunday 5/28/2023! The irresponsible owner and dogs are still on the property. The manager told us that is was “between us and them”. Also, there is an employee that lives on site that as far as I could tell does nothing but gets drunk and then drives his pos beat up truck through the campground like an idiot. Spins his tires and slings gravel everywhere. So if walking your pup “at your own risk” or having your expensive rig and/or tow vehicle slapped with gravel sounds like a good time to you then this place is right up your alley. Just do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

This place is TRASH DO NOT STAY !!!!

The most unkept RV park I’ve ever seen in the 11 years I’ve been RVing this place is disgrace. It smells like sewage, their pool and spa have algae in the water feels like slime is on you. The staff is so unprofessional and rude, and just plain ugly to you literally, there are drugs in meth addicts in the bungalow cabins they literally rent these places to homeless people and crime is so high here do not stay. The manager is so so evil.

It’s an “ok” spot

Very barren, sites close to each other and location was iffy. Sad and depressing. The live buffalo are in a small pen and miserable. Store had little to nothing in it and didn’t bother with checking any other amenities. Would not stay again.

Plenty of spaces with full hookups, cable/wifi, but spaces are close together. No fire ring. We asked to change our site and they accommodated us. Friendly staff with small store. They have small, but nicely maintained dog park. They have live buffalo, too! Pool, jacuzzi, laundry, and bathhouse.

Wouldn't stay here again

It looks like Julian, Ricky and Bubbles live here. ( Watch Trailer Park Boys if you don't get this analogy.) Was sent to 2 different sites, which were both occupied. Finally given a site with a huge puddle (a small lake) in front. Absolutely no WiFi, cable ok. Close to a highway and hear it, landfill right behind the park too. Hook ups are not great either. Many more full time residents than campers. Close to shopping. Staff was friendly. Would not book here again. Ok in a pinch or short stay. Ended up only staying one night, left early.

Excellent Find in the City

Stumbled on this park searching for a place to stay heading from the Midwest to Arizona. Most parks were already full by 4pm, this park wasn't and boy, are we glad!

The FRIENDLIEST check.in ever, discounts available, reasonable price. They sell ice and buffalo (yes, they do) and many other necessities in the cute store that also has free buffalo postcards. Very big rig and dog friendly, lots of grass, open areas and picnic tables. They are well lit, have a tornado shelter and are near a multitude of stores and restaurants.

Nice friendly park

Stayed here 2 nights this May. The location is good for access to Oklahoma City attractions. It is right off the interstate so the usual highway noise but not terrible. Free coffee and muffins every morning. Bathouses were very clean and well kept. Didnt look at them but there are Buffalo there in a pen. A lot of workers stay there but not a problem. Cable was included but didn't work for us or our neighbor. You can get lots of local air channels though.

Great Place, Great People

We stayed the week of Thanksgiving to visit friends. This park is an awesome place to stop. They have a decent indoor pool, buffalo in an enclosure, and laundry facilities. They have a church service on Sundays, and they bake muffins each morning that are free for guests. My youngest did not miss a day. For the area, I would recommend this for a stop over or week stay or if you are working in the area.

Great stop

Rockwell RV park was a nice, quiet, and clean stop for us along our route home. The kids loved the 7 baby Buffalo on the property. Linda had wonderful customer service and accommodated our COVID request for phone check-in and payment.
