Very nice and quiet!

We came for Memorial weekend! It was clean, not noisy at night, great wifi, city park near by to walk you dog. We love it and are staying 6 weeks. Highly recommend.

Good things come in small packages

This is a small site but you get all the trimmings. Mature trees water sites flush toilets showers electrical hook ups. COE Book states “first come first serve.” So far all the sites we have been to recently are by reservations. There is a boat ramp but one thing to be aware of is that if it has…

Very crowded but beautiful

Beautiful setting in the Ozarks with a small rural town The campground is located just below the Norfolk Dam. Great spot to fish or kayak has a boat ramp but the creek was rather low surprising since the lake at Mountain Home was flooded. Clear stream. Campground is totally flat Showers flush…

Nice park! We will be back!

We were here during a very busy time on Memorial day. The park was packed, but very quiet at night. Owners are friendly and accomodating. Bath house is clean, with number pad locks on the doors so only guests can use. The town square is only 1/4 mile away. A nice park for walking is next door. They…

Great View of Dardanelle Rock and Arkansas River

We camped here with some friends and really enjoyed it. The lock and dam was a neat site to look at along with the view of Dardanelle Rock across the river. Mount Nebo State Park and Lake Dardanelle State Park are very short drives from the campground as well as the town of Russellville with…

Kayak haven!

Wanted to stay here over the passed weekend. Too many people to try and camp with so many kayaks. I was jealous that we didn’t get to make it in time to get a spot. We were wanting to kayak as well. Ha. We did get to walk down to the water. Beautiful rocks. Nice clean facility, even with all the…

Quiet & convenient

If you are in Mountain View to take it vantage of all of the music going on in the small town, Court and Square RV park is where you want to be. It’s quiet, Centrally located with an easy walking distance at the courthouse Square, and the staff cannot be beat for friendliness! Be sure to ask when…

Amazing Views

This park is so unique. The view is amazing and it is quite literally on top of a mountain. Very clean restrooms and surprisingly good service for how remote it was. We unfortunately had awful weather but will be back in better weather because the area is gorgeous. Site was pull through and easy…

Our first time in Arkansas will be tough to beat!

Incredibly well-maintained park! Wonderful hiking for all abilities - great for multigenerational groups. Incredible scenery can be seen without having to be a great hiker. Bathrooms and showers were very clean. We tent so stayed in campground D - more trees and privacy.

Beautiful Park with great hiking trails

Beautiful park with lots of space between spots and large green belt areas to enjoy. The hiking trails were fun and challenging with not many people and we hiked with our dogs. We stayed in a pull through site in Loop A, Spot 29 with full hookups. It had plenty of room for trailer and truck parking…

Very popular state park with lots to do

General: This popular state park offers many activities, although we did not partake in many of them, mostly because we were camping in the “shoulder” season. We arrived after the visitor center/office was closed but were able to find our site in the C Loop without too much difficulty. Garbage…

We had a great time!

We tent camped Loop C, site 74. The wooded site backed up on a creek that you can faintly hear at night. There was a large hill between us and the site on the right so they were not visible. The site on the left wasn’t super close and there were many trees between the two. There is a site…

First Class State Park

Well run and well kept. The state has spent a healthy amount into the buildings, grounds and maintenance. All of that complements a gorgeous natural setting.

It has a variety of hikes and plenty of other activities.

The Mather Cafe at the Lodge had decent food at okay prices - and a phenomenal…
