Nice campground right along the Mississippi river. They have open sites (no shade) right along the water and some Wooded sites with tons of shade.
Large pull thru sites, with your own space, but still a little close together.
Run down neighbor hood on the way to the park, but far from the road and a very safe place to stay. The entry is a little "sketch" but really nice once you get in. 10-15 minutes to Memphis, TN.
Wiseacre Brewery in Memphis is well worth the stop and Beale Street is right there as well.
This is in an industrial part of town, sort of in the middle of nowhere. The entrance is a little sketchy, but once you're here, it's a great little spot on the Mississippi River. It was quiet and no-frills, but with everything that you need for a night. Great location only about 15 minutes from downtown Memphis. Free laundry. Individual showers and bathrooms. Will stay here again.
Nice size spaces with square table and benches, concrete pad, grass area view of the River (#91), across from bathhouse and laundry on the end of the row. Very accommodating manager made this stop a breeze! Would stay here again. Fun watching the traffic on the river.
Beautiful park right by the river. Friendly, helpful staff, free laundry, and even some small walking trails! The only downside was the second week of stay there was some sort of alarm that we kept hearing from somewhere down the river.
This campsite is in West Memphis, Arkansas right across the river from Memphis Tennessee. The sites are right on the river bank, beautiful. Sunrise over the river was perfect. Watching the tug boats moving up and down the river all day and night was relaxing. Nice little bath house and laundry in each section. Not many trees in the section I stayed, but still wonderful. The other two sections have many more trees if the is what you are looking for. No pool but there is plenty of fishing and tree houses for the kids. A little gem on the river.
Loved waking up every morning to the sunrise over the Mississippi River (2 young kids means we get up early 😁), watching the barges and running around in the big grassy areas! Park is easy to get to and sites are very level and good sized. Staff was friendly as were the other RVers plus laundry was free! Quick and easy drive back over the Mississippi to get into Memphis. Local grocery store is very close though the area is a bit run down. We've already stayed twice and enjoyed both our stays!
This campground is right on the Mississippi River, only problem is if the river is over its banks, then the campground is closed. We had to keep checking to see if the river was down, campground was cleaned up and open. The drive into the campground can seem a little sketchy, but once you get to your spot on the river it is a great hidden gem. Lots of full hookups some on concrete, some are gravel, all level. Clean restroom, free laundry and free WiFi. This is a campground we would like to stay at again.
Wonderful fun to sit and watch the traffic up and down the Mississippi. Spacious large campground with benches along the river for sitting and watching. Very clean friendly and the laundry is large new and free
Great view of the bargies go up and down the river. Camp ground is clean and well taken care of.
lots to do in the Memphis area
