Less than a minute from the Kings River Falls trailhead and nestled alongside the headwaters of the Kings River in Venus Arkansas. This is a remote and rugged campground with caves, bluffs, swimming holes and river a plenty. This campground has a grand exhibition of the same sandstone formation that is responsible for the Whitaker Point (Hawksbill Crag) formation. Clovis like points have been found here, and so one might assume the bluffs and crags here have been inhabited for millennia.

We have picnic tables and fire rings at each site. If you have a large group, please contact us before booking to ensure that we are able to accommodate your group. This 7-acre property is completely surrounded by Arkansas Natural Heritage-Natural Area. There are miles of trails and cooling waters at every turn.

Most of our campsites are just yards away from a public swimming area, which is shared between our property and the Arkansas Natural Area. You should expect local traffic at the main swimming area during your stay. We have a private swimming area on our property which is just a short hike from the developed campsites (Please ask the camphost for directions).

Please be aware that cell phone service is spotty to virtually non-existent. Also, it's a good idea to bring waterproof hiking shoes or water shoes since our camping spots may require walking across a low water creek. This campground also requires travel down miles of county-maintained dirt roads. Expect your car to get dusty. We are unable to accommodate travel trailers and RVs at this time. Parking at your campsite requires a drive across a low water creek, otherwise you will need to park and walk across. Lastly, bring tick defense for yourself and your pets.



Kings River Falls Campground

The Farm is a campground & concert/event venue nestled in the hills of the Ozarks near Eureka Springs, It sits on 160 acres that backs up to Mark Twain National Forest. We offer year round camping with electric and water hook-ups available. There is general store as well as a shower/bathroom house onsite. If you want to just get out and be active, come play our Championship Disc Golf Course (officially sponsored by Innova). We also have a 3 mile mountain bike course that covers some beautiful, rocky terrain. Beaver Lake, Table Rock Lake and the White River are all within 5 miles of this location. The White River offers the region’s best Trout Fishing and Beaver Lake is well known for its big Striped & Largemouth Bass. Canoeing is also popular on the White River The blue ribbon Kings River, which is a world class Smallmouth Bass fishery is 12 miles from the venue. We also have a stocked fishing pond. The Farm sits about 9 miles outside of historic Victorian town of Eureka Springs Arkansas which offers a wide variety of shopping and nightlife entertainment, This venue offers 360 degree panoramic views of the heart of the Ozarks. In addition to being a campground, the venue also hosts multi-day music festivals, concerts, food competitions and more.

Our campsite has electricity for RV hook-ups, tent sites, restrooms, hot showers, as well as fully equipped cabins and cottages for those who'd rather go glamping than camping! We have been outfitting the Upper Buffalo River for over 33 years. We are a small, family owned business proud of our commitment to environmental stewardship of the Beautiful Buffalo River.

Lost Valley Canoe & Lodging offers canoes, kayaks, and rafting on the Buffalo National River. We provide vehicle shuttles for floaters and hikers. Come stay in one of our three unique cabins with hot tubs, the treehouse yurt, the bunkhouse, or primitive campsites. We recycle and use green cleaning supplies.

We offer quarter-operated shower available for campground guests and the public. Our Historic General Store has gas & groceries, along with a whole line of organic & local foods, arts, crafts, and souvenirs.  We also have gear and accessories for camping, river, and hiking. Steel Creek is a first come, first serve campground in the upper district of the park. It has 26 tent only sites with no electrical amenities, but flush restrooms and water are available from March 15 through November 15. Steel Creek also has 14 first come, first serve horse only sites for campers with horse trailers. ADA Access: Steel Creek Campground does not have any ADA compliant campsites. The restroom facilities are ADA compliant.
