The Cascade Mountains run down the center of Washington like a spine. A handful of highways cross the crest in parallel lines, all running from the evergreens of the west side to the wide open grasslands of the east. Camping in Washington is available along every route, like the state parks that dot I-90 and North Cascades National Park that hugs Highway 20. 


Take Highway 2 over Stevens Pass to find old-growth trees around each spot at Money Creek Campground, plus a view of a classic metal train trestle. Fill each day with hikes through the Cascade forest, perhaps on a stretch of the Pacific Crest Trail where it passes the Stevens Pass Mountain Resort ski area. Head east of Stevens Pass to verdant Lake Wenatchee State Park for wooded campsites near the shores of a placid mountain lake and a stable inside the park offering trail rides through the summer. BYO kayak or rent one here.


Sometimes camping in Washington means getting off the beaten track to explore the quiet corners of the state. Take a forest road in Olympic National Park to find a green haven of mossy logs and curious chipmunks, or head north around Mount Baker, the Cascades’ northernmost volcano, for boat-in campsites around Baker Lake. In winter, the snowy expanse of Artist Point near Mount Baker' offers killer views of rugged glaciers for intrepid snow campers and backcountry skiers.


There are spectacular overnights to be had in the Pacific Northwest’s national and state parks, not to mention the remote U.S. Forest Service lands that blanket this corner of the country. Enjoy your own private "Glampground" where everything you need for a comfortable stay in the outdoors is set up and ready for you. Serves as a great base camp located within a few miles of Downtown Sequim, Dungeness Spit, Olympic Game Farm, Olympic Discovery Trail, and 15 miles to Port Angeles and entrance to Olympic National Park.

Tent: Glamping site includes 1 canvas waterproof bell tent with 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, sheets, blankets and room for a couple sleeping bags on the floor(6 max in tent). There are string lights and a lamp with usb charging ports for your phone. 

You can also set up additional tents if needed.($10/person/night beyond 6 people up to 10 people max on site). 

Water: There will be(2) x 7 gallon jugs of water to use for drinking, cooking, dishes. 

Dining: The barn serves as a covered dining and food prep area with a countertop and dining table/chairs for 6. We provide a hot water kettle, coffee, and a french press along with plates, bowls, cups, and utensils for up to 10 people, along with tubs for washing/rinsing, and drying. There is also a propane BBQ available to use for cooking and a picnic table outside. 

Food Storage: There isn't a refrigerator so please bring your own cooler. 

Shower: There is an outdoor shower tent with hot water. Please bring your own towels and biodegradable soap/shampoo. 

Toilet: There is a portable toilet(porta potty/sani-hut) for your use. 

Activities: Enjoy the firepit (please bring your own firewood), hang out in the tree hammock, and play some lawn darts, bocce ball, spike ball or frisbee in the grass. 

Parking: Parking for up to 3 vehicles 

Note: Please keep in mind this is an outdoor space and even though we've applied treatment to limit it, there are bugs, spiders and critters about:)

Sequim Glamping

Beautiful forrest setting with dimmable lighting for romantic evenings. This site offers WiFi and New Fire pits and Picnic Tables. Restrooms, Showers, and Laundry room just a short walk away. Across the street from Lake Sutherland and only half a mile from Lake Crescent. Amazing ice cream just steps down to the General Store. Kayak and Electric Bike rentals available.

Elwha Dam RV Park

If you love privacy, nature, wildlife, and fresh air, you will love Deer Park Mountain View RV Campsite.

Our property is 17 acres of mostly unimproved land. There are open meadows, forested areas, and a trail that circles the property. Find the wood-chip trail near the campsite and follow it through the trees. It comes out near the house. Enjoy the view and take care near the steep cliff!

The campsite is in a small open meadow surrounded by trees on all sides and with a view to the south toward the Olympic mountains. We have only one campsite. You will be very private with no other campers nearby. Electrical, water, and sewer hookups are provided (no bathroom facilities).

SEWER HOOKUP NOTE: Sewer hookup is on the driver's side of the vehicle if you pull in forward. If you pull all the way forward, the sewer hookup will be 24' behind the front tire. There is no turnaround and you cannot drive off the front of the pad. If you back into the site, the sewer hookup may not work from the other side. Please contact us if you have any questions.

ELECTRICAL HOOKUP NOTE: We have a 50 amp hookup. Please let us know if you need a 30 amp adapter.

The closest entrance to Olympic National Park is 9 miles up Deer Park Road (narrow road, no trailers or RVs allowed) with no facilities and a 360 degree view into the Olympics and north to Vancouver Island from the top of Blue Mountain. \*Open June until first snowfall.\*

 Instagram- campradd Twin Beach Campground outside of Port Angeles, Wa has numbered sites available on the property  for you to set up camp whether it's a tent or van/camper with picnic benches and fire pits. There is a small communal shack where you can prepare your meals. Faucet available for washing dishes/hands. Fire pit available for communal use - so don't forget to bring ingredients for s'mores!  Interaction with host or other guests completely up to you! Humans of all ages welcome. 

Once you have fully settled in - less than a  min walk away there is access to a river (river showers welcome) and almost as close by you'll find the beach - surf, swim or just sit with some great views! 

There is a laundromat, small convenient store and gas station only 10 min away. 

30 min drive in to Port Angeles where you'll find a great small town with great food, antique stores and shops. Find great breakfast at Oak Table cafe in Sequim and Chestnut Cottage Restaurant in Port Angeles are just of the great options available. 

Bike trails just short drives away. Lake crescent and hikes for all levels and distances all within a 45 min drive if not less!

Twin Beach Campground CAMPRAD

Secluded self contained rv sites, on a small farm. Easy access to strait of JuanDeFuca, Olympic National Park, lake Sutherland, lake Crescent, Port Angeles. There are no utilities, pets are ok but must be leashed at all times. A shared fire pit area will be available. There is room for boat parking. Just let us know. No extra fees at this time.

We are located on 8 acres of Spectacular trees of many species and Beautiful meadows. We have 7 Gorgeous camping spots to choose from for your comfort and adventures. Strawberry picking seasonally, we have fresh chicken eggs and wood for the campfire available for a small fee. We are smack in the middle of all the Wonderful adventures that the Olympic Peninsula has to offer. Crescent Beach, Fresh Water Bay, Salt Creek Recreation, Discovery Trails and The Olympic National Parks are all within 10 min. Murdoch Beach is 30 min. away and Joyce a neighboring city is 15 min. with a general store, laundry mat, gas station and restaurants available. Port Angeles is 20 min. With shops, restaurants and night life.



Wooded Meadows

This RV hookup is in a quiet neighborhood with access to a dog park 5 blocks away. It is located off the Main Street and accessible through an alleyway on 17th St. You will pull in and swing through; parking parallel to the houses located across the alleyway. The site parking is next to a 6ft tall fence. There are evergreen trees all throughout the neighborhood and a huge maple tree at the parking spot.
