Our campground convenience store is located inside our camp office and is stocked with some of the basics that you may have forgotten. It is open everyday that our campground is open. There are 220 acres of scenic rolling to level terrain for your camping pleasure. For lots of R& R, we feature a quiet setting along with our 75-acre lake. Swimming, Fishing, Boating, or just bask in the sun at our newly upgraded beach. There are planned activities for your total enjoyment every weekend. The most well known cave in the Hocking Hills is Old Man’s Cave, so named for hermit Richard Rowe who lived in the cave for 30 years after settling in the area around 1800. The Old Man’s Cave area provides trails along a breath-taking gorge, which was carved 150 feet into the sandstone by the waters of Old Man’s Creek.

Primitive tent camping on the Greenville Peace Treaty Line, Buckeye Trail, Ohio-Erie Canal Towpath Trail, Scenic Byway, Tuscarawas River Water Trail and the Great American Rail-Trail! Located on the historic Ohio-Erie Canal between the village of Bolivar Ballparks and the McDonnell trailheads on the towpath trail ten miles south of Canton, Ohio and 1.5 miles west of I-77 exit 93 on Scenic Byway Rt 212 in beautiful Tuscarawas County, Ohio. The Peace Park is designed for bikers, hikers, dog walkers and anyone else traveling thru to book a campsite even if anyone isn't available to meet and greet. 

Once booked, The Dyrt campers may go to an available campsite and set up camp. Dog-friendly, handicapped accessible Porta-Jon with hand sanitizer shared electric for charging phones, pristine aquifer water tested annually, picnic tables, fire-pits, fireside benches, birds, butterflies, lightning bugs, wild turkey, deer, and other wildlife are often seen.

Meadow Lake Park

Hidden Hollow Camp features a beautiful one-acre woodland pond and two nature trails. In geographical terms, a “hollow” is exactly as it sounds – a small valley or basin in the land. At the bottom of Hidden Hollow is the West Fork of the East Branch of the Black River. The rich soil of its floodplain is home to towering sycamore, black willow, and black walnut trees -- along with a diverse array of wildflowers. The trees and thickets here provide ideal habitat for migrating warblers. Visitors should plan on bird-watching during spring and fall migration.

The enclosed building at Hidden Hollow Camp offers the perfect amenities for an “indoor camping” experience for up to 75 people, including a wood-burning stove, scenic wraparound porch, movie screen, electric range, food preparation tables, and a refrigerator. Alcohol is permitted inside the enclosed building only when reserved for day-use or camping.

Although there is no indoor plumbing, the frost-proof water spigots with potable water are easily accessible at two outdoor locations. A gray-water pit for disposal of dirty dish water is located adjacent to the toilets. The site includes a campfire ring surrounded with plenty of flexible bench seating and a parade ground area with a flagpole for scout ceremonies. There are turf areas for outdoor recreation activities and a team-building challenge course.

15 acre BEAUTIFUL park with a 2 acre man made artesian spring water lake. We have the only high dive left in Ohio with 3 diving boards and slides. Bonfire pits horseshoe pits 3 outdoor pavilions, kids playground. The park was made in 1952 and it’s been creating memories threw multiple generations. A MUST SEE
