Variable rates

Landed on a Thursday, early afternoon. Most all of the sites were occupied or reserved. Only 2 sites were available. Nice lake and mountain view’s. Sites away from the water are mosquito infested. Sites along the shoreline are very nice. Prices vary.

Gorgeous!!!

Of the 8 dispersed sites we've used in the past couple weeks, this was by far the nicest and had the best scenery. I'd almost drive there again from St Louis just to lay under those stars in that picturesque valley. Plenty of sites with room to spare. If you're in the area, STAY HERE! You can thank…

This is a beautiful lake with lots of hiking nearby!

Some of the spaces are a little narrow and would be difficult to get through with a big rig.

A nice quiet spot in a parking lot near a boat launch. It had clean bathrooms with a garbage can inside the bathroom. Dispersed camping opportunities can be found, but are quite scattered along the…

Beautiful spot right on water

We drove in from Jackson Hole at about 5pm, and immediately found multiple spots that were right on the water with nice fire pits. We chose to drive about a half mile in to find a spot and tent camp. We then walked about another mile down the road before encountering snow. There were ruts in the…

We stayed here for a couple of nights just enjoying the river. Very nice level sites. Great staff and store. Would stay here again.

Free dispersed camping close to Jackson Hole, WY

Hi Campers!

We stopped in this part of the National Forest on our way to Yellowstone by way of Jackson Hole, WY. The access is off of HWY 191. You turn West onto Cliff Creek Rd/Forest Rd 30530 and follow Cliff Creek to many dispersed coming sites.

This is open range so be aware that…

Roadside Camp On The Green River

This nice little Campground is all first come first served. Sits on the banks on the Green River. There is water, pit toilets, fire Rings, lamp post, and water. The only downside to the campground is it is located right along a fairly busy two lane Highway. However after dark the traffic Falls to…

Quiet and out of the way

Full disclosure, I'm not 100% on the long/latt I have provided here. I am doing this after our visit and think this is the correct spot.

Cool spot up a dirt road on the way towards the Spence Trial Lawyers' College. We were on a loop by ourselves with a bathroom nearby, kinda surprising since…

Lovely

Dirt road to get to, but easily managed. A car could go down (very slowly in some spots). Boondocking camping sites all along the river coming up to this spot. They fill up on the weekend pretty fast during peak season. Sites at the official campsite are close together, but have trees in between.…

Awesome stay - very fitting name!

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back and also recommending this place to anyone we know heading to Dubois.

GENERAL: very spacious, wide gravel roads, 60 aces- hiking; biking; ATV and off road accessible; great customer service and got discounted rate when scheduling over the phone…

Small, close(ish) to town, on a creek, nice spot.

I camped here for one night in early October, 2020. Cool campground that has apparently been "shut" for the season, so the normal fee doesn't apply. The forest service kept the campground open for hunters, etc. and aren't charging, so that's a win.

It's a somewhat small campground with two…
