Forest Road 30442

5 or 6 sites just on the outside of the National Elk Refuge. Flat Creek runs below the sites. Some traffic of people going into the Bridger Teton NF but quiet otherwise. Clean too and beautiful views of the Tetons especially from site 1. Road coming in was fine and don’t need high clearance.

Wonderful area at the end of a well maintained gravel road. Several spots available and pretty level. Great view of Grand Tetons. Nice stream and sound of water. So beautiful.

Found this spot after finding another nearby spot was full but this one has more spaces available with a nicer gravel road and better access to get to the Tetons first thing in the morning. This spot does get crowded but stayed 3 nights with no issues, easy to find a spot if your car camping.

Beautiful River near by and amazing view of the Tetons. Close to Jackson as well as Grand Tetons National Park. Well marked campsites. Would definitely come back.

my friends and i were in the tetons and headed to another dispersed sight nearby around 6. drove on a decently sketchy road for awhile to have zero open spots. ended up coming here as the sun was setting. it was a little crowded but were able to fit all 3 vehicles for the night. great view of the tetons for sunset and close enough to jackson/tetons.

Came here out of desperation, couldn’t find another open site in the area. It’s sort of just a little area you can camp wherever at the end of the main road. Didn’t see any designated camp sites. The flowing creek makes a nice white noise which was lovely.

At the very end of the Refugee road, just outside the limit, you can find this camp, with fire pits (around 6 or 7). The places are big and you can enjoy a nice view on this small valley. You have a nice river below. The road to go there is quite nice, a bit bumpy when you leave the last houses but fine for any type of RVs. We have had a lovely night.
