I stayed here for the night on my road trip to Yellowstone and loved it! The only issues I had were that the Bathrooms were quite a ways away from the site I was at and some of the sites aren’t marked to well so they are a little hard to find. But overall a great campground! If you have some…
This campground is not far off the beaten path and you can hear highway noise but far enough off that we felt like we were camping! The site was very windy that evening but surrounding rock formations help block the wind some. Felt lucky to find a cool spot when passing through.

Was able to find a spot in the dark and get set up away from people and close to the lake. Camping was peaceful but the best part was the pictures I got of the lake and the night sky. I was woken up quite early from a passing train so if you plan to sleep in good luck.
This is A KOA we stopped at on our way home. It is close to Interstate 80. That means easy on- easy off, but also highway noise. Someone else mentioned trains, but I never heard any.
Friendly service, clean bathrooms/showers. The sites & roads are all gravel, with a few trees. The…
The entrance to the campground was a little tight for 35’ fifth wheel. If you come in from the West prepare for wide turn. RV spaces were a little tight. That night as we were laying in bed we could hear our neighbors outside their trailer planning their next stop. You can see from the attached…

We were there one night. The site we were at had no shade and space between other site was really close. The BBQ was really good…it’s the reason we picked this one. It was an okay setup, not great.
We lucked out with this campground staying over Labor Day weekend. Our site (#49) was at the west end of the campground and relatively secluded with a full park. I would think non-holiday weekends would also be crowded, but would thin out during the week. Dry camping, so come prepared. Other than…

haven't been camping long, but this was the single nicest campground i've stayed at to date. Amenities were great, site was fairly private and the landscape was spectacular.
Close walking distance to lake. Would be hard pressed to find a nicer place.
Close to highway and cheap! $5-$10 donation recommended.
Very spacious lots. Plenty of amenities!
Funny way to title a campground review but it was the best part.
Our full hook up spot was super narrow with a large cottonwood that looked like it had been banged into a couple times by other RV’s. Dead branches hung down so we couldn’t use our awning and one scrapped the roof. Site G18
We took our 41’ motorhome in and found a spot (there are 3 or 4 that would accommodate big rigs) Had to work a little to get level enough to put our slides out. Peaceful and not crowded.
The campsite is right off highway 80. We didn’t think the noise was very bothersome at all. Most campsites pretty spread apart, with a few closer together. We had campsite #15 and it was of the more private campsites in the place. Site #16 is more of a walk in site, but is in my opinion, the…
