We have a 18' Tipi on a 20 x 24' deck, with heat and air conditioning. It is located on a beautiful cliff above the Clinch River.

If you love nature, you will love our place. We have a wide variety of birds that fly the river and the trees. See if you can get picture of the eagle that will soar at different times of the day. We have an abundance of wild life the property.

We have fun activities corn hole, fireside chats(with smore's),hiking, bird watching, Elrod Falls is close by, you can chop your own wood or purchase already cut. Must abide by fire bans by the state.

We have small kayaks to rent for the local rivers or bring your own, We are in progress of making it easier to get to the river. It is a hard hike down.

We are very close to Veteran's Overlook, they have a motorcycle rally every Memorial Day. We have several motorcycle trails that are gorgeous views around the area. We are working at getting a jeep or a small convertible for our customers to rent.

And if you're looking for a more low-key experience, Hot Springs, NC is just 45 minutes away, offering natural hot springs, charming shops, and restaurants.

Our RV site is the perfect basecamp for your next adventure in the mountains. You'll have access to all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including electric and water hookups, and ample space for parking. And when you're ready to relax after a long day of exploring, you can kick back and enjoy the stunning views from your RV or around the campfire.

We are a newly established Lakeside Getaway in east TN on Douglas Lake. We have waterfront access, dock, new concrete boat launch, tent rental, camp site rentals (large and small), pavilion event rental, kayak rental, basic fishing gear rental, float rental, and other attractions.

Our farm is beautifully located adjacent to the Cumberland Gap National Historic Park. The White Rocks trailhead is within walking distance and is a very popular for both horseback riding and hiking. The campsite has a great view of the White Rocks and is located just a few minutes from Hwy 58 making it a convenient stop if traveling through. The campsite is equine friendly, bring your horse trailer and stay the night after a long ride.

Rock Bottom Horse Camp

Nestled just outside of Historic Greeneville, TN is the small disabled veteran and wife owned farm, Dixon Hill Farms, that looks over to Viking Mountain, Paint Creek, Horse Creek and Camp Creek. You are 5 minutes from Downtown, Shopping Areas and some great restaurants. This area offers many opportunities to fish, hike, cycle, and just enjoy the beauty of the Appalachian Highlands. Margarette Falls,  Cherokee National Forest, Hot Springs, NC are all within driving distance. Gatlinburg, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge are 45-60 miles away. And who knows, you might even meet a moonshiner or two!

Camping Area: You can park at the bottom entrance or if your vehicle is capable, you may drive up to the site. If not, it's only a short uphill walk through a grassy meadow to your hilltop campsite and we can assist you to carry items up to the campsite. Be prepared, the view is breathtaking. 

Check every 6 hours for ticks. There also is an abundance of wildlife such as raccoons, possums, deer, wild turkeys and an occasional coyote that ramble through the field.

There is no electricity, running water in the camping area. No Smoking in the tent/area. We will gladly refill your water for you as needed. Please note we include one bundle of firewood, but if you need more, please purchase some through our extras.

Guest Access:
This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with land owners to offer unique accommodations in beautiful outdoor spaces. Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature! 

Your Tentrr campsite includes a 10'x12' (120 square feet) safari-style canvas tent on a raised wooden platform. Inside the tent you'll find one queen bed with a memory foam mattress. The tent is big enough for the bed plus one or two extra sleeping bags on the floor. Aside from the canvas tent, campers can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that___s provided. You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs, and a heating source to keep you warm and toasty at night. 

Max Occupancy: This refers to the total number of campers allowed onsite with your reservation. 

Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. To use, line the bucket with a CleanWaste Sani-Bag supplied at the camp prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. CleanWaste Sani-Bags use a NASA-developed gelling/deodorizing agent that helps prevent spills and keeps everyone safe and clean.

Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.

Interaction with Guests:
Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location.

If a Tentrr Host submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the host's property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!

Reservation Modifications/Cancellations: Please note the terms of the cancelation policy as they are outlined in your reservation confirmation on Airbnb. Your Tentrr Host is unable to change or cancel your reservation on your behalf, and they are unable to waive any cancellation fees (if applicable). Other Things to Note:
We are a wilderness property and ask that you respect and care for it as we do. It is also a working farm, so please be aware of animals and electric fences if walking or biking outside campsite area. Do not feed the animals unless you have purchased the Farm Animal Feeding Package.  Please leave our camp as good or better than when you arrived. Driving to the site is not recommended for some vehicles; we will be happy to drop off you and your belongings if your vehicle is not off-road capable. Share the farm 

The campground is located in Jonesville Virginia on a large creek in the woods. We have unlimited camping spots and can accommodate large groups. Picnic tables available. All fires must be inside the campground an inside a fire pit. Fresh spring water is provide but necessary to treat if used for drinking. Firewood can be provided for a small fee. No cutting of live trees are allowed but you can pick up dead limbs. We live on sight so should you need anything just ask. Enjoy your stay!!!
