Magical

Beautiful property with fantastic views of Lake Douglas. Cleanest RV park we have ever visited and the staff was top notch.

Sites are level with easy to reach hookups. We splurged on a premium site, but all the sites have a great view.

We highly recommend this RV resort and we look forward to…

Beautiful view

We stayed here back in March of 2021 on their first day of opening for the season. The lake was low which we understand due to coming out of winter. The staff was super friendly. Had an issue with a leaking drain in my RV and I didn’t have any tools with me. The staff quickly helped me out and I…

Directions

1703 Highway 139, Dandridge, TN 37725 The easiest way to get to our resort from Interstate 40 is to take EXIT 412 – Deep Springs Rd (Your GPS will have you take EXIT 407 or 417. Drive past those exits to the EXIT 412). That way you will miss any traffic that is going on at exit 407. Coming from Asheville/Bristol Area take a left at the stop sign off of interstate and coming from Knoxville Area take a right at the stop sign off of interstate. Go about 2.9 miles to Hwy 139 (you will see Douglas Lake). Take a right on Hwy 139 and we will be about .9 miles on your left.
