Bells Bend Park

SUMMARY PRESENTED BYT-Mobile

Pack-in access only defines the experience at Bells Bend Park. All 10 sites sit in the trees on a hill within the protected bend of the Cumberland River corridor outside Nashville, and campers carry everything in and out. No electricity or Wi-Fi is available. A porta-potty serves the parking area, though flushing toilets and running water are reachable by hiking to the outdoor center. Firewood is provided on-site. Sites run $10 per night for Davidson County residents and $11 for those from outside the county. Tent and hammock setups both work well here. Campers wanting a drive-up alternative can look at Whooping Crane Farm to the north, or browse camping near Bells Bend for additional options in the area.

Basic

Bells Bend Park is close to the city but nature all around. Farmland with spots of woodland.

Primitive camping , in the trees on a hill. Group only. There are some tables and some fire rings. But the sky is immense.

The park offers a lot of programs to base your camping around. The trails are through farmland and bike friendly.
