Our back in site was very difficult to get into. We also noticed another campers were parking, they also had issues getting into their back in sites.
There are many things for children to do at this campground. Trolley also pick up right at the main entrance of the campground.
While our site was not private, we felt like there was plenty of space. We were close to the creek and restrooms. We really enjoyed driving Cades Cove Loop, but plan on several hours to complete it. The hikes in the area are beautiful.
Campsites are nice but electric hookups only at certain sites. Its a national campground so its beautiful with nice bathouses but not much activities other than hiking. There are a limited amount of sites that would accommodate a large RV, mostly tent sites. It is first come first serve with no…
Love the staff there. They were extremely nice and kind. The kids loved it. Especially the polls. Bathrooms where clean. A little aged but not disgusting at all. For a mans standard it’s a 9/10 for my wife she said a high 7/10 for cleanliness. Had a power and water issue and the staff was quick to…
Cades Cove was amazing. Our only regret was we were only able to stay one night. The 11 mile loop was a great little drive. We found it to be a very clean campground with close access to all the trails. Waterfalls you can play in, and every amenity I could imagine.
Panther Creek State Park has a great campground for families to spend time at. For a lesser known state park, they have a lot of amenities. Playgrounds, hiking, horseback trails, mountain bike trails, tennis courts, disc golf, baseball field, volleyball, lake access, swimming pool (closed for…
Awesome RV resort. Had a river stream right out the front door. Clean, quiet, heated pool, and close to downtown and Sugarland gate. Definitely recommend.
Sites are not well developed with power and sewer in odd places. Monthly rentals and not well kept. Has lake access but big manufacturing plant nearby and a little noisy, wouldn't swim here.
It has running water, place to wash dishes, a couple pretty large bear boxes (I’m assuming for everyone to share) and bear proof trash. I loved the place, and that’s from someone who hates humidity and bugs and this place is littered with both. But it is quite beautiful.
It’s along the creek and…
Stopped for a few nights here. The RV park is very well kept and very close to all the fun areas.
The scenery is nice, but get ready to be woken up by the campgrounds roosters at 5 AM every day. Won’t be back.
Off the beaten bath but a great way to escape the crowds. All of the sites along the creek are amazing. We were in site 11, nice but next to a group site so a little louder than I like. There are trails near by but I was unable to experience. Bear boxes and trash bins. Centrally located water.…
Less than 6 miles from the trailhead, this site was fairly easy to reach. It was clean, and had easy access to water, and there were plenty of bear cables for hanging your food. I stopped here for a night before making the climb to the top of Gregory bald.
Very nice, clean, and super convenient location to everything. Spots are a little more spacious than some other KOA's I've visited!
We stayed one night a very busy campground all sites were full. It is an older campground and is in need of updating. Campground hosts were helpful. Nice view of the lake . Many long term residents.
