Best campground in the Great Smoky Mountains NP

We camped in our multi-purpose enclosed trailer. We stayed in the ‘C-section’ which is generator free, so a bit quieter than the B-loop. We camped 3 nights and saw coyotes and deer in/around the campsite every day. The last day, Sunday morning, as we were packing up to leave, a mother bear and her…

Good campground but…

This is a good campground, but it’s too close to other campers, you get about 15ft between sites. In the back if both rigs are big you get about a foot or 2 behind you. I would give it 5 stars if it had space in between sites. There are spots with a water view which is nice. All sites are full…

Very nice campground

I would give it 5 stars if it had sewer connection on site. We stayed here 4 nights, and we loved it. The campground is not crowded, there is plenty of space between sites. Most of the sites back into a view of the water. Showers were clean and bathrooms as well. We will probably be coming back…

Right on the River

The campground is along the little River. The primitive campsites boarder the River and are easily accessed. We book on a slow day where there were only 2 tent campers along the run of primitive sites. The website shows all other spots vacant. Upon check-in we asked the lady at the office if we…

Very clean, nice staff

Love the camp ground, easy access for a big rig, I have a 40ft fifth wheel. Water and electric on each site, dump station available. Boat ramp on site, store. So far I’m liking the camp ground.

Beautiful spot

Extra large spaces, but ours was not very level. Very quiet, dark, with friendly campers. Haven’t met host yet. Bathhouse adequate. Views of lake are beautiful with nice picnic and swimming area.

Stayed another night at site 33. Still not level, but worth it for the view!

A great stop for families!

Wonderful Campground, site 30 is amazing and convenient for families to playground/pool. Staff super kind and helpful. Clean restrooms and facilities. Would stay again. River tubing a fun activity, but not provided by campground.

One of my favorite places to stay.

Little Arrow is very clean and well run. Playground for the kids is well maintained. Hands down the nicest bathhouse Ive seen anywhwere. The pool area is awesome. Close to Cades Cove and right at the entrance to Smokey Mountains National Park. Just cant say enough good things about it.

Carnage on the little river

Spent 3 nights at this KOA. Clean, Friendly and beautiful scenery without being off the grid. Tent campsite 125 is the best. Looks over the river and you can watch tubers fail for hours on end.

Beautiful Campground with Loads of Amenities

We had a blast at this campground. The river or creek that wraps around the campground was so fun. Make sure to bring tubes but you can buy some if you forget. The pool was the nicest pool I have ever been to at a campground. We stayed in one of the premium pull through sites which worked as a…

Relaxing Mountain Getaway

Nice KOA with all the amenities you would expect. More cabins to choose from than most and about 4 miles from shopping. Nice fishing ponds and about 1/2 mile from Mingo Falls.

Clean and affordable

Clean and well kept. Small campground but all sites are cement pads. Pricing is great being very close to downtown and trolley rides are available.

A Hidden Gem

My husband and I really enjoyed this CG on the lake and was fortunate to stay in the front, quiet and uncrowded section of the park where sites are long, widely spaced, grassy and shaded. If you prefer to camp alongside others then choose a site in the back circle of the park. Otherwise, lakeside…

Small campground

Several sites on beautiful river. Campground needs updating and some landscaping. But I guess if they updated the rates would be a lot higher.
