Great clean campground. Has a play ground where kids can have fun all day. Awesome river views are available from atop of the bluff. Few have septic hook ups. There is a dump station available. Great weekend get away. Be sure to check out the snack bar in the park great food.
We enjoyed a nice weekend at Reelfoot. It rained the week before so the sites were very muddy. There’s a nice playground for the kids. The higher number sites are by the highway so there’s a lot of noise.
We tried to get into an Arkansas park but they were full so we headed into Bootheel where we’ve stayed before. We called about 2 hours out and the only sites left were 30 AMP with water. GPS takes you to the campground right off I-55, but there are directions on their website that are better as far…

We stayed here while visiting my family in Kentucky. Our space backed up to a beautiful view of the Mississippi River. The kids loved the big field and playground. My husband loved this place for the history. The road to get there, coming from Fulton, was a bit stressful. Not a whole lot of space.…

We had spot 5 and 6. The area is quiet and nice it’s right next to a little airport that no one really uses. The water is on the wrong side on the site so bring a extra hose.
The camp ground is small only 4 spots but it’s free also there is plenty of hiking and fishing available not a bad place I’ll definitely go again
This place is nice for $15 easy pull in, full hook ups, nice gift shop and gas really close as right off the freeway. No extra amenities
This is a perfect spot for a pass though. 3 back in spots with fire pits and tables. Road coming into the camp ground can get a little rough depending on season, but it’s gravel. Spots are perfect for smaller rigs. Sites are only a few miles from our house, we use it to test out new gear (hammocks)…
We found ourselves scrambling to find somewhere to stay for 4 days after our original destination misplaced our reservations and were full. After a few phone calls we found ourselves heading here.
The cemetary next door was both beautiful and a little creepy :)
Overall I would rate the…

The campground was laid out well in the fact that you didn’t feel crowded at all, even when there were lots of campers. We were in site 45 with a 33 ft travel trailer and had plenty of room. Nice walk for our dog and grassy areas also. Showers were clean but nowhere to put toiletries except on the…
We camp here a lot and have tried several spots in the South campground. The ones near the lake have views but don't have water access. There is also a pavilion near the lake.
Sites 22, 24, 25, 70 backup to the forest and have lots of room to set up tents, however they are the first to flood…
There were many sites that were spread apart & some were really crunched in. Make sure to check online or call for reservations, all 85 sites were sold out this weekend. One bath house isn’t use & could be in Halloween movie, the other two were older but usable.
There are 2…

Close doesn't begin to describe the camp sites! Spots are crammed into every conceivable space at any imaginable angle. Some sites are "waterfront" but you can't access the water nor see the sunsets for the reeds and Cyprus trees. Decently level asphalt pads with electric and water.
Don’t judge this campground by the pictures on the website. It is so beautiful here, we were here this past weekend, 8/17/2020 and it is beautiful! Some sites are right by the water we were right across the road from the lake front sites. We conveniently reserved a spot that was right next to the…

We had a quiet RV site with electric. Many of the sites also have water but not ours. Shaded area. Lake is more of a swamp with cypress trees, very pretty. Showers dated but clean. They are multiple stalls.
Of note, there is not much around in the way of stores. We managed to find one small…
