Yuck!

This isn’t a campground…it’s a run-down trailer park. The only sites for mobile campers is up front and surrounded by ratty lots full of trailers with junk all around d them.

No attention to lawn detail…overgrown and needs to be trimmed.

But that’s not the worst…there were two pre-teen boys playing around the playground…and around our lot. Right after dark, a pre-teen boy came up to our camper, slammed our entry assist handle and locked it over…locking us in the camper. Fortunately, my wife was in the bath-house. It scared my young daughters. They later came again, knocking on the side of the camper and taunting us. There were no other kids around…I then saw them go into the manager’s house….

It was dirty, unsafe, and a pleasure to leave…just gross.

Fine choice for quick stays

We stayed one night— fine for the quick in and out. Did NOT have sewer hookups as advertised, so plan to dump before you park if you’ve been traveling. Spaces are narrow— though we were able to navigate the area, I wouldn’t necessarily call it “Big Rig Friendly” Road behind is loud but the campground itself was quiet.

Oak Creek Campground KY

Good enough spot to stay for the night in a van/RV. Sites were a bit cramped, but level. Bathrooms and showers available.

Small Campground Right Off I75

This is a small little campground near I75. There is a fair amount of road noise to complete with the sounds of the stream running through the CG.

Sites are fairly close together, gravel, and level.
(Our neighbors were actually parked in the grass on our site.)

Fire rings are provided.

Easy place to stop

Nice campground with several pull through sites for big rigs. Pool and new dog park with a very nice play area for the kids. We prefer site 18 which offers nice privacy and os next to a stream.

Worth a look

Roughly 100 spaces to camp, some are pull through, most are back in and there are several primitive campsites. The camp sites we seen are all gravel but mostly level. There is a small stream that runs through the camp ground also a playground, pool and the host other events. Year round spaces are available. The only real downfall is there is no sewer hookups, but they do pump out 2-3 times a week. It seems they are always working on making the place better.
