It is a smaller rv park that has electric and water. There are about 50% that live here. There are 2 unisex bathrooms with showers. The internet works, so does TMobile. It is walking distance to Publix and a restaurant/marina.
The tent sites are a little small but most of them are shady and secluded with lots of trees and shrubs between! Good bathroom and shower, and lots of trails to explore, leading to a boat ramp and playground
Called ahead and spoke with Shannon. She was very sweet and once I arrived helped me with all my questions.
We had an awesome stay. Very quiet and relaxed. Wasn't much for hiking trails though and the camp groundsman kept finding reasons to come on to our camp and conversate for far to long. Friendly but to much so.
The campground is probably the cleanest we had stayed in yet!
Most spots are shaded. It seems like 75% of spots are full timers and 50% work. The middle of the campground closer to the pool seems to be for shorter term guests.
There is no playground for kids but basketball tennis etc. We were…
This campground that sits just outside of the only drive through animal safari with over 1,000 different types of animals, is great for families to enjoy. This has all the amenities as a typical KOA campground except you get a bonus by hearing the Lions roar in the morning. The campground is gated…

This is a basic KOA with full hook ups. It’s an older facility located in town. There’s a grocery store within walking distance. It’s not my idea of a great camping spot but meets the need when passing thru or visiting someone in the area. Nice staff.
Very clean, dog friendly and spacious site. Paved walking path. Lots of birds & gaters. The staff is very friendly. Free bike rental & kayaks were $5 per hour.
We loved this place. Celebrated my sister’s 65 birthday here. Spent 10 nights. Enjoyed the wildlife. We will be back and hope to stay longer.
The restrooms closest to the tent area or closed and there is a flooding problem
The bathrooms closest to tents os closed and floods a lot
Stayed here for 2 nights. Clean and spacious. Nice little park for the kids and close to the water.
In or initial search for a two week stay in east FL we missed this park as an option. Thankfully, just looking at Google Maps, I noticed it and checked in. On short notice they were able to find us a great shaded (large towering souther pines) spot which was much appreciated. The property is…
Convenient to visit family. I would not come to this park otherwise. We love State, Federal and COE parks where you feel more in touch with nature and not so close together. WARNING!!! Please be careful walking your dog. Alligators are in the park where people seem to not notice. We educated people…

Giving 3 stars for now. I read a review in this and is at my backdoor. Never new about this place. Hiking trails, boat ramp, fishing, on the Sebastian Waterway. There are 30 sites that are for tent or a small pop up. Sites are large include a concrete picnic table and fire ring. There are several…
