Needed to find last-minute reservation and they were able to put me in a cabin only $50 a night! Very clean, very quiet and very friendly staff. Cabins are rustic but they have a full service bath house. Now goes by the name Flat Creek Family Campground
I wish I could give this park 6 stars! We camped on a quiet weekend in September and had the place mostly to ourselves. Two small bathhouses and both were spotless (I mean actually WITHOUT SPOTS, cleanest I’ve ever seen). The grounds were well kept and not a piece of trash in sight. They had…

Inland park that benefits from so many people wanting the beach! Lightly used campground that was very well maintained, beautiful, and a great place to relax. The park is beautiful, too, but the trails seem a bit challenging for me. I stayed a second night just because I was enjoying the respite.

Full hookups campsite with cable. Nice building with pool table, TV, games, laundry, bath and showers. The campground needs a little more TLC like mowing.
4 stars for no water or electric hookups.. Also I don't do spiders and they are all over the place here.. And HUUUUGEEE at that. Fishing dock is nice and you can see lots of gators. I don't recommend swimming in the water, its pretty murky. Nice and shady spots and you can reserve ahead of time.…
Small campground (and I don't know why). Sites are small and very close together. It has showers, trash and on site park host. The camp is right on the water (nice). The boat launch fishing peer and fish cleaning station are a short walk.
Great facilities. Very helpful staff. Stayed in Panama City beach. Going back ASAP!
We stayed here one night for a quick spot to sleep and relax while traveling on the road. The owners were very accommodating as we arrived very late in the evening. The campground was clean and felt safe.
Highly recommended, the campsites are fairly small but lots of privacy in an oak and pine hammock across from the beach. Not many tent campers when I went there, I think I was the only person with a rooftop tent. Almost everybody else was in RVs.
Electric and water at each site, nice…
Awesome campground with good amenities. Each site has fire ring, picnic table, water and electric. Most sites had good flora between sites, offering a little privacy. Restroom and shower facilities with a coin operated laundry.
Ranger Rob shared a secret, two campsites cannot be reserved and…

St. George Island State Park is gorgeous. The drive over the bridge is breathtaking. The lighthouse stand at the end of the bridge. Take a right to drive along the Gulf Coast to the park's entrance. Beautiful beaches and day use areas were open. Some areas were closed for hurricane damage repair.

There is no shade, no privacy between campsites, if you want to have a fire you have to pay extra to rent a firepit, if you want to play pool or minigolf or even horseshoes then you have to give the front desk your license and turn them back in before they close at 5. Staff was rude and nit very…
We were in the newest part of the park which unfortunately was far from the park amenities but literally could walk to the beach which was great!! A lot of historical stuff to do around there. Not a lot of choices as far as groceries but quiet beach made up for it!
Office staff were very helpful and WiFi worked great. Also short drive to the beach. Bath house needs lots of work but is functional. Campground has small mobile home lot at back of property.
This is one of the most amazing little spots. The true forgotten coast. From the bay to the Gulf of Mexico beautiful scenery, lots of nature, and some of the most breathtaking sunsets you can catch. Unfortunately hurricane Michael devastated this area causing the camping site of the park to…
