The only bad part about our stay was when we had to pack up and leave. I could seriously camp here for weeks on end. It really is that great of a place. Simple and clean with just the right amount of amenities to make your stay comfortable without feeling too “commercial.”
Also the lake is…
Needed a few days off somewhere close to home and kind off in the woods to add up to our beginners level experiences. Wekiva Springs State Park offered all we were looking for.... Deer, Turkey, Turtles and apparently visiting of Black Bears around our camp site. Definitely an amazing time!

We rented an RV to see if our family will like to enjoy the outdoors and it was just perfect. We all love this State park and at the same time learned a few things about camping with RV's. Great memories will always stay in our hearts from this first adventure.
We usually enjoy state parks, so this packed in like sardines style is not for us anyway. Unfortunately, it was the most convenient to what we were here to do. I am happy we had Passport America, otherwise I would NOT pay the full price for this place. It's called "resort," but it's far from…
I have been a camper here since I was 10 years old. The upgrades have been great. My kids & grandkids camp there often. It's a beautiful campground in the Ocala National forest.
Great spot if you are looking for easy access to the beach. We were able to ride our bikes there. The bathrooms and outdoor pool were extremely nice! And we enjoyed the outdoor grill next to the pool. There wasn’t much shade available but we set up our canopy and was able to enjoy it!
Beautiful place, friendly staff, fair price. You can see the big Cruz Liners from here up close.

Generally a high caliper RV park. Closely watched by “Bull” the owner. Orderliness is enforced. Good quality hookups- city water and sewer. Nice little bay on the mosquito coast. Some shrimping, docks, kayaks, piers. Great oyster restaurant down the road: Goodriches”.

We stayed two nights here and it was great. The camping spots were spaced out nicely and were fairly private. We stayed at site 51 and it was very private as we had no neighbors on one side but their was a site that backed up to it but had brush and trees between. The bathrooms looked newer and…

We booked a large group with tents and campers over two months ago. Asked to be together. Called numerous times and they did not accommodate. Had to rent a golf cart once we arrived from outside company just to get around and to each other’s sites. Escorted to campsite and they couldn’t find sewer…

The park is great. Lots of activities at the spring and it wasn’t TOO crowded. RV sites are extremely sandy so be prepared for everything you own to be filthy.
Awesome campground, clean bathrooms, nice amenities. The grounds are massive so either bring or rent a golf cart or bring bikes.
Was fortunate to find a spot a Wekiva Falls for the weekend, last minute. Needed a place to stay to go to the Winter Park Art Fest. The people at check in were extremely friendly and had great customer service. They actually have someone guide you to your camp site and help you back in. They then…
Took my son camping this weekend to our hometown park. It’s a great place with lots of bike/walking paths and wide open, quiet spaces. Hope to take advantage of the fishing ponds, mountain bike trails and archery range in future visits.
We loved the campground. So much beauty, wildlife, and activities. Kids had a wonderful time at pool and participating in trivia nights and games. Bike rides were fun and enjoyed going to marina to watch light parade. Saw lots of wildlife!! Squirrels, rabbits, wild turkey, and lots of deer!…
