Three Rivers State Park Campground accommodates RVs up to 50 feet with 30 and 50-amp electric hookups plus water connections at rates starting from $16 per night. The campground sits along Lake Seminole, accessible via rural roads that can challenge larger rigs. "The road in is very rough and rugged, but was completely manageable if you just go slowly," reports Christina.
The 25-site campground features a mix of gravel and concrete pads, with sites 23, 24, and 25 offering concrete slabs while others use gravel surfaces. Several sites provide direct waterfront access to Lake Seminole, where campers can fish from the bank or use the boat ramp and dock. Spacing varies throughout the campground, with some sites offering more privacy than others. The clean bathhouse includes showers and an outdoor cleaning sink, while a fish cleaning station serves anglers.
Nature trails wind through the park, providing opportunities to spot local wildlife including bald eagles and alligators along the water's edge. The campground includes a boat ramp, pier, and designated areas for canoe and kayak storage and drying. A central fire pit area complements individual fire rings at each site. Cell service runs limited, with AT&T providing one to two bars of coverage.
Sites 2 and 3 sit at the campground's low end and may collect drainage during heavy rains, though the drainage system typically handles runoff effectively. Camp hosts actively check on new arrivals and assist with any electrical issues that occasionally affect some circuits. Reservations are available through the state park system, with the campground operating year-round.
For additional camping options beyond the park boundaries, campers can explore places to camp around Sneads or consider Seminole Lodge Marina, Motel & Campground for a different lakeside experience.
