I live within a hours drive from this park and have been camping here for 40 plus years. This State Park is Old Florida, sites are secluded from the other sites compared to many other parks. There is a abundance of wildlife and plenty of hiking trails. This park to me is one of the best you will…

Our favorite place to stay when visiting family in Vero. The full time residents are very friendly as are the staff. The pool is clean and they have all types of camping available.

One of our go to spots to stay when we visit family in the area. Beautiful setting and the staff and neighbors are very friendly. The pool is clean and nice and they offer all kinds of camping options.
Let’s just say it was a disturbing experience and you don’t want pictures…
Good off-roading nearby ! All the amenities you want. Nice staff

We love this place. Great swimming in the cove, decent surfing, and awesome accessibility options for disabled!

We stayed here for 4 nights. Sites on the outer ring have electric and water hookups and most have direct access to the water from Sebastian Inlet. The sites can be a bit tight since your power/water pedestal is shared between you and your neighbor. Lesson learned: get an odd numbered site so that…

The campsites are not spread out at all and the campground is nowhere near any types of wilderness. It is pretty much an RV park on the outskirts of town. The campground was packed!!
The sites are very spacious! The trees were planted in December 2020, so there’s not much shade at this point. Plenty of things to do. Pizza restaurant, ice cream shop, coffee shop, store for some essentials, salon, spa, pool table, ping pong table, pickle ball, basketball, shuffleboard, tiki bar,…

This was our second Thousand Trails stay. Unlike The Oaks at Point South you have to find your own spot. It's a little unnerving. Fortunately, we had a few to choose from as soon as we arrived. There are a few paved roads but others are not. It had just rained a lot due to Hurricane Eta and there…

Campground was clean and had decent facilities. The water was not necessarily “swimmable”, so bring a watercraft. The staff had recently changed the latest checkin time from 10:00pm to 9:00pm. My wife is disabled so it takes us a while to get anywhere and the staff refused to budge a minute in…

This place was lots of fun. Definitely more Glamping but it was very cool to experience. We went for the 4th of July weekend and there were so many different activities to do and see. There’s even a clubhouse for people of all ages with many games and activities to do. There’s also a small gym. We…
This place is truly a hidden gem. There are some waterfront sites, an island that you can walk to and hike around with beaches, and dolphins swim right by the sites! Bathrooms were clean, laundry facilities were convenient and the campers were friendly. What more could you ask for?!
Melbourne FL 👍👍👍👍
PROS · Sites are shell · Good water views · Shore Fishing · Boat Launch · Fishing Museum · Birds · Pavement biking in camping area · Playground
CONS · No-See-Ums · Swimming & Surfing beaches across Big Bridge. Bike lane goes to Bridge, but then you have to ride on the…
Camping next to the river with our adult kids and the grandkids, good bicycle paths walking trails, canoeing fishing and actually quite in the evenings on the eastern side of the grounds, everything is well maintained. Watch the electricity during high usage the voltage drop, ours droped to 108v…
