No way-no how!

Just off the interstate. That’s all the good we can say. Was told we didn’t need reservations, just come on by. Even called ahead that day to confirm. When we got there I was thinking no way no how were we going to stay here. Bad vibe, very uncomfortable feel. Felt very unsafe. No one came out to…

great park

Great park! We had site 15 which was at the end of the park and had a beautiful, large site with plenty of privacy. Park was booked solid. B loop was closed so only 15 sites were available. $19 a night for a quiet and super relaxing weekend. Great hosts! Super friendly!Plenty of wildlife to be…

Fantastic

Great location for a get away from the daily grind & hustle of the city. Kids had a great time & people were super friendly. No nonsense business owner with great customer service -previous reviews from 2016 talked about owner drinking beer -I thoroughly enjoyed having a cold one with…

Nice, quaint setting

The campground sits on Arkansas Game and Fish Cox Creek Lake. Nice, family friendly atmosphere. Great fishing lake, swimming and kayaking are popular. A well built fishing pier is ADA accessible as are the bath houses.

Nice facility, Corp managed

Clean, family friendly, plenty of room. Temps above 50* mean stock up on big repellent. Sits on the banks of the Arkansas River. Great place until the Corp closes it down for weather or political reasons. I’d give more than three stars but the Corp has a poor track record keeping parks open.

Clean and well located!

Really clean and well maintained. Bathrooms were cleaned few times per day and had A/C! Spots were generous and most had a covered picnic table. We had plenty of space, 50/30/15 amp service and water at all the sites. Great views of the lake and Bull Shoals Dam, just about 5 miles from Bull…

Gorgoeus park with fun activities

We visited Cane Creek over Memorial Day weekend. The sites were level. We did have several fire ant hills that we had to deal with and quite a few red wasps. We were able to watch numerous birds (pileated woodpeckers) and even saw a swamp rat swimming in the lake (resembles a beaver with a skinny…
