Dispersed

Not to much to say but it’s a desert and free camping. No hook ups Atv heaven Dirt bike fun Big area to get dirty and have fun. If you want to check out something cool find the painting in the hills and it’s amazing what some local artist did for sure. If your lucky you may find some bulls…

Stay here, not the KOA nextdoor

Shady respite from the Mojave. Nice tall oleander shade hedges between each site offering total privacy. Long, flat pull through sites. Beautiful tiled private showers. Swimming pool is a must on hot Mojave days. Super nice management. Close to town for meals, shopping and cheap gas across the…

Easy to get to

We enjoyed our stay here. There are many spots to pull into here that are far enough away from those who are also camping here. There are spots right close to the road where you'll hear the occasional vehicle pass and every so often a train. You can also venture further away from the road and feel…

Second Times the Charm

We loved our stay so much we had to return. The sunsets are just amazing. No services and had to pick up some trash. No fire ring

Top of the Knoll

This is a site that is in a dispersed camping area and is used be OHVs. It is on Buckwash Road off of Highway 68. Before you get to Bullhead City. When you turn off the highway be aware that crossing the cattle guard there is a major hole go driver side hard and you might miss it. There will be a…

peaceful and private

so this cove is very interesting...

it's in between Katherine landing and telephone cove but they actually have a road called princess cove so as long as you follow the road you will be fine, when everyone keeps driving the main road to go to a nearby boat launch you go right on the tiny road down…

Camping with Littles

This campground was absolutely amazing! The sites were spread apart, there was plenty of shade, and there were lots of rocks for Littles to climb on and explore. The vault toilets were clean and well maintained. The single sites are $8 a night.

A slice of heaven

The entrance comes up quickly - a dirt road off the freeway and then a semi-steep right turn that leads up to the gate.

Drove in, passed a few spots near the entrance but went down the road 5 mins or so to see what else I could find, and found a nice place nestled back in there. I haven’t see…

Not sure what the other reviews are about....

But the place I ended up is just BLM land off the highway. There's a turn off the highway, super easy to miss, and it immediately goes up a hill. There's a gate at the top that just says "please close gate - Bureau of Land Management" so I just went in. The road is very smooth and well worn as of…

Nice place to stop and hike

So far so good. It is a nice stop no electricity, water, there is a outhouse. Hiking trails are good. For horses and bicycles. No issues and have been there for a few days.
