Horrible

We paid for a premium deluxe site Propane tank was empty so we couldn’t grill dinner We bought wet firewood from campground to try to grill supper The site was unkept w piles of pine needles It needed a lot of upkeep Needed the pavers replaced it was an extremely hazardous situation tripping hazard as one of our party members had just had ankle surgery Giant piles of pine needles knee high by trash cans at site. Went to dump our tanks in the am and the sewer was clogged We have stayed here several times We will not return due to the rude manager girl in the office.

Poor

We reserved a premium site No gas in the bbq had to purchase firewood for our grill to make supper The site was not level and horrible! 3 huge piles of pine needles the bricks for the patio were not level and tilted over on the edge (someone can hurt themselves) The morning we decided to drain our grey water thank god we didn’t pull the black water the drain was clogged ! We were extremely disappointed The evening staff was great the morning staff was out of control

Family Friendly

There are a lot of good things about this campground with very few drawbacks. Staff was very friendly on check in. We loved that they named the “streets” and labeled them. It made finding our campsite very easy. It was a very clean facility and quiet as well. Access to flagstaff is great as well. Beautiful campsites. The kids loved the jumping pillow and playground. They also loved the banana bikes but we had a few crashes with a few skinned knees so if you want to ride them make sure you have a first aid kit with. The few things we didn’t like was no swimming pool as my kids love swimming but the flagstaff aquatic center is close but kind of pricey in my opinion. The next thing is there wasn’t a lot of open space to set up our games like cornhole and ladder golf. The next was the bathrooms/showers are centrally located and when your toddler needs to go potty it’s far away for those little legs. The last thing was that there isn’t a lot of room for visitor parking, we have friends who live in town who came out for dinner and s’mores and they had a hard time finding a space. Overall this is a great facility and I would recommend it to families.

Adequate

Staff acts uninterested. Close to many stores. Website says there is a pool but there is not. Bathrooms are okay.

Great location

Just out side downtown Flagstaff. Super clean and wonderful store that has good prices!

adequate for one night

We were there early in the season so parts weren’t open. There had just been some snow. Facilities were ok for our needs. Location is good. Flagstaff is a great city and lots of recreation nearby.

Makes camping easy!

There are tons of in camp activities for the children to do like playing in the park or go karting. Hamocks are not allowed on trees and fires were also banned due to the wind. Facilities are clean and nice. There is a game room in the laundry room and the pool was indoors.

Great weekend getaway

Flagstaff is a wonderful mountain town. We live in Phoenix and sometimes it’s nice to get out of town and see trees! This KOA is nice. The sites are a bit small but there’s so much to see in the area that it didn’t matter.

A fun place to be.

We were here for three months as I was on assignment at the hospital. We had a lot of fun. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the facilities were well kept and clean, and the park brought people in to keep us entertained. The spaces were a little tight for larger rigs, we were in a 36 foot pulled by an F350 quad cab long bed and had room.
