My boyfriend and I love camping even in winter when it’s snowing. We were having the toughest time trying to find somewhere to camp during the winter in Flagstaff and we found this place! Open, free, surrounded by trees, you feel like you’re really camping even though it’s so easy and quick to get…
Easy to find. Kept going after all sites were taken and still found a place to pull off. Good views. Sedan ok.
Had to go a little further than the last "tent" on the app, but found a nice, quiet pullout.
Stayed here Nov 23-30, 2021.
This one is decent for what it is. If you have younger children, and you are using more amenities available (some not available due to season), it's more worth the kinda pricey cost to stay here. The restrooms were decent, only accessible through the pool area…
4.9 miles up a gravel road. Turn left where road forks(sign for Harding Point). Follow this dirt road for 1.75 miles. Stay straight on this dirt road until you hit a couple large camp spots, *do not turn off little roads(we got lost a few times…) Once you reach those open camp spots you can drive…
This was such a great stop between Phoenix and Sedona! It was so peaceful at night and the stars were insane! In the morning we did a short hike down to a river bed and saw some petroglyphs. Just an amazing experience all around
Boondocking camping. Cell phone and let data works here.
We took the Schnebly Hill rd exit in downtown Sedona. We decided not to take the I-17 route because we wanted an off-roaring experience. The I-17 route and the Sedona route both lead to the Schnebly hill vista outlook. The Sedona route is SUPER BUMPY! We’re in a Ford Raptor and it took close to an…
Great area we camped here for a night not too far away from road or gas station, still had phone service but had great views and a nice layout for our camp. We only had two cars but can fit more. Did get chilly at night but did not see any animals.
Very nice campground with plenty to do onsite for family. Playground for kids, 2 dog parks, mining, go carts, mini golf. Plus plenty to do in William's AZ with deer farm, Bearizona.

This campsite was beautiful, problem was coming up the road from Sedona was quite the difficult road. A vehicle with high clearance and 4x4 is recommended for that. Coming from the 17, it was much easier. Overall nice place.
this is the 3rd time coordinates on the dyrt have done me dirty — lesson learned. 10/10 do not recommend following these coordinates as they do not lead to the campsite. when the road forks to either stay on the gravel-ish road (you’ll know what i mean when you’re out here) or go down a dirt road…
semi quiet at 430pm...a few cars have gone by..road is a wash board but not that bad. Level for the most part and not tire rutted so your not rocking back and fourth in an RV. but pull offs are small from what I've seen though I'm less then a mile down the road...I started getting that nervous…
Great and easy place to stay of you are headed to Sedona from the Phoenix area. It wasn't too far off course and we had the whole place to ourselves. We didn't see it hear another car the entire evening and night.

Lots of spots and most are easy to access with 2wd. You might have to drive a bit until you find an open one.
2 to 3 bars Verizon service and some road / train noise from the highway.
