This dispersed camping area consists of a parking lot with designated spots and an overflow area for larger groups. Located within the Whitewater Draw Wildlife Area and managed by Arizona Game and Fish Department, the site accommodates RVs up to 35 feet with enough space for turnarounds. The open terrain provides cell service and allows both pets and alcohol. Free camping attracts multiple visitors, so expect company during peak seasons. Description
There are officially four campsites at Whitewater Draw. Parking is on a gravel surface and a metal pipe barrier loosely encloses a picnic table within the greater open space. A tent easily fits within this barrier, and a 35ft Class A, plus tow vehicle, can comfortably park within the designated site.
