    Canyon West RV Park

    Worst managers ever!

    Cheap enough, but cheap isn’t always good! Don & Sylvia are the worse managers ever! If they decide they don’t like you they make your life miserable! They had it out for us the first week we were there! They lie & are very deceiving people! We were forced out & had to sell our RV’s just to get out! One of our neighbors pulled a shotgun gun on us & another resident threatened 3 times to kill my friend! They did nothing! I did prosecute the guy with the gun & the other guy is still there threatening people! I guess he’s their bodyguard! It was pure hell living there! They had algae in the water and they weren’t telling anybody about it so I did! They don’t like to be questioned And I was threatened to call the sheriff if you do question them! The owner James Kimball isn’t any better he goes along with whatever they say! There’s much better parks around town a little more expensive, but much better than living at Canyon West RV Park! We were there from February to the middle of July and it was pure hell the whole time! I do not recommend this place to anybody. It will only cause you problems down the road. They find a way to get you out if they don’t like you! A very toxic environment!

    El Pais Motel and Campgrounds

    Amazing place to stay

    Me and my husband stayed when we first got our RV and the owners were incredibly generous and kind. Clear communication, fenced and gated so we could let our husky explore, free ranged chicken eggs in the fridges at all times, multiple cameras on property for safety, movie nights, mixer events and sweet cats and dogs roaming the property. We plan on visiting again in september when they reopen.

    Take It Easy RV Park

    Taking it easy on Route 66

    The staff was fantastic.   We were using a motorcycle tent trailer and the staff got us a space close to the bath houses which really helped with easy access to the restrooms and showers.

    Nice park with easy access to all the sites

    Nice park with easy access to all the sites. You do have to pay for showers which sucks, but other than that it’s really nice. Some elk walk through throughout the day

    Mormon Lake Lodge RV Park & Campground

    3 Nights and it was packed

    Spent a few nights at the campground during a local motocross race. The campground was well kept and I had no issues. Camp store and restaurant are just a short walk away. I forgot my 50 amp to 30 amp adapter at home so had to buy a new one, luckily the store had some in stock. Overall very reasonably priced for a full hookup spot.

    Navajoland hotel & rv park of tuba city

    Very interesting

    This is part of a hotel. The sites are a little tight with lots of full timers. Never been to a place with an alley for the pull through sites. Stayed one night traveling through. We would stay again.

    North Rim Campground (Closed for Remainder of 2025)— Grand Canyon National Park

    How can you go wrong in a nathional park campground.

    We arrived after a major snow storm. And we got a site. Was one of our favorite times. The sites can be tricky to get in and out with all the trees and the road was not buildt for large rigs so be carful taking turns. lots of great sites with a true in the woods experience.

    The Scenic Road RV Park

    Basic full hook ups

    When in Quartzsite, some times you need full hookups. We stayed a week just before the winter rush and it was still hot. So having full hookups was nice. Pretty empty when we arrived. Basic gravel sites however plenty big for our large 42 foot rig. Staff and other guest very friendly.

    Lake Havasu State Park Campground

    Can't beat camping on the water.

    Every site has water views. Space between sites. Easy walk to the beach. Boat ramp is a short walk when being picked up for a day on the water. Amazing sunsets. In town so close to everything. We love Lake Havasu State Park and have stayed multiple times.
