Average. Gravel/dirt road with some potholes and ruts; an everyday vehicle could get down the road with care. It's a single-lane road, not a lot of through traffic, except campers. Roads can get soft with rain or snow, especially the potholes and ruts. Be careful and keep an eye on the weather.

Average. Campsites appear to be level for the most part; they have fire rings, they’re a good distance away from one another, and they appear to be large enough to fit two, maybe three bus-sized RVs. Sites are mainly dirt and grass; ground can get soft with rain or snow. Be careful and keep an eye on the weather.
View Quality
Excellent. Snow-capped mountains surround you, with excellent sunrises and sunsets and amazing night skies when they're clear. Plenty of birdwatching and perhaps other wildlife if you're lucky!
Noise Quality
Depends. The campsites closer to the entrance will hear the highway, but it’s mostly white noise for those who do not mind. I imagine the further you go back, the less you’ll hear the highway. The occasional plane or helicopter will fly by at a low altitude. Lots of birds; you’ll mostly hear them in the mornings and evenings. Neighbors have been friendly and respectful, making little to no noise. Besides the highway, aircraft, and birds, it's a quiet spot.
Internet Quality
Excellent. Full bars on LTE. I imagine the further you go back, away from the highway, the fewer bars you’ll get.
TravelerEcho Res is a peaceful stop after crossing NV and the Salt Flats of UT. The camp site only has one other camper in it during our stay. We have water and electric hookup. The sites are all pathed and we did not need to do any leveling in site #9. You can hear semi truck going along I-80 but they are in the distance. The park is in between the reservoir and a pathed road, so there is some road noise but not much at all, not enough to disturb us. The beauty of the water and sound of birds and light breeze outweigh any negative. Each site has a covered picnic table and fire ring. And the sites look to have 25-30 feet between them.
TravelerPacked in RV park with cabins and a pool (which is a fuzzy chilly). Sites are not all at great angles (lots at a firm 90 to the road) so watch what you book if you have a long rig. Spendy but they are so close to the park entrance you cant beat it. WiFi is spotty at the back of the loop so don’t hold your breath for that. Speed test for Dyrt happened by the pool w strong WiFi.
All in all nice park, value proposition is a stretch if it wasn’t for the location.

TravelerRough washboard road to get up the hill but my suv with Awd did just fine. The pin for this tells you to drive past the little parking lot and continue on the rough road that kinda looks like a trailhead but we ended up taking a right of the main washboard road then another right pretty quick where we found a few different spots with fire rings. Had 2 other staying in that little area so felt good staying there even though it wasn’t 1/2 mile past the sign. Could also hear some others that went to the next pull off. Overall really nice tucked away spot!
