Beautiful and convenient

The view was wonderful. We got a lakeside camp site which made it a simple walk down to the lake where we could swim and fish. The camp ground had a pretty big bathroom and separate shower room. We wish we could have been a little further away from the other campers but overall we were happy with…

Road noise

The campground is right off a highly traveled hwy without and natural barrier to prevent road noise. The sites are pretty close to one another. Still a good place for the night.

Will come again!

Lovely, mellow campground on the river. Beautiful and well maintained but not uptight. Nice people and a pool also. We will definitely be back. The spots facing the river are amazing, but even the second row was nice.

It was a nice Abe quiet place to chill for a few days. Will go back.

No hook ups, but you can access the river.

Cozy stay, but crowded!

I had a great time camping here. The sites are mostly private, though some of them are really close together (ideal if you're camping as a group!). I enjoyed walking the small trails at all the camp sites that wind between other sites and to amenities along the paved loop.

Lots of potable water…

Beautiful ocean view

Most sites are paved and flat. Has a fire pit and picnic table. Full hookups. I can see this place being very busy in peak season.

Wonderful park and delightful hosts! Clean toilets; open 730am-900pm during summer, and 8am-8pm other times. The RV faces a wonderful park. There’s a nice trail to walk or run around the park, and also by the river minutes away. There are 2 spaces for tent camping, and 11 available RV sites and all…

The wrong sort of nostalgia

Our weekend at Hult Pond was unforgettable. I know because I have tried.

Disbursed camp sights sprawl along this man made log pond and nightmarish horror movie set along a footpath seamingly designed to dump its evening travelers into the muck that is Hult Pond. Jagged old logs poke out of the…

  • This guy sat in that chair for almost the entire three days we were there.
  • Except for this time when he asked us to watch his stuff so he could thumb a ride to the store for some beer.
  • The high schoolers would wander right into our camp lost and hungry. My angel of a wife gave a couple of them water and a pretty frank lecture about the dangers of unprotected sex.

Love the location!

We have been here a few times and absolutely love the location. Being right on the water truly can't be beat! It's usually not one of the busier ones out this stretch of road, and is close enough to Fall Creek to reasonably run in for supplies. It's not overly developed but also not overly rustic -…

Miss being able to swim here!

This used to be one of my favorite spots, and it's still a great little campground, but you used to be able to jump off the dock right into the reservoir, and now the level is kept so low that much of the recreation is no longer accessible. I do appreciate that they have group sites available!

Cute fun and small

I loved staying at this campground we were able to have lots of space from the other sites. The camp host was amazing and the day area was far enough away that even the closest site couldn't here the visitors. This is a very popular spot on weekends because of the swimming hole and cliff jumping so…

The scenery is amazing. The smell of the trees in the summer is my favorite part. Lots of great trails to hike.

Beautiful Park

Nice paved sites with full hookups and a beautiful river setting. Bike into Westfir, sit by the pool, or throw out a line for fishing. This is a great place for relaxation.

Nice and clean park.

We were able to cast our crab snares right off the back of our site and limit out. Park has a nice walking path that goes around the outside along the bay.
