Free BLM dispersed camping along Topsy Grade Road sits just outside Keno Camp, accessed via a dirt road with a cattle guard at the Klamath River entry point. Sites are level and large, with big trees providing overhead cover. A picnic area sits down at the river. Truck traffic uses the road periodically, though campers report it stays far enough from sites to avoid being a problem. Topsy Campground is nearby for those who want a more developed alternative. No fee, no reservation required. Best suited to self-sufficient campers comfortable with light road noise and minimal facilities.
