Beach campground

Really nice campground with a few cabins on Lake Michigan. Campsites are about 1/2 mile walk or less to the beach. Nice facilities, and overall kept up very well. Weko Beach is an awesome beach, and we frequent there. There aren’t any hiking trails or anything like that, but Warren Dunes, Grand…

Campin’ on the beach!

This is a cool campground to come hang out at one of the most beautiful beaches in Michigan, and provides the unique experience of actually camping ON the beach, which is something you don’t get to do with 95% of the campgrounds on Michigan’s coast. Right across the Grand River a really nice nature…

Timeless in the Trees

The campground is completely full this weekend, many people with campers and RVs, but it is still so peaceful and quiet!

Our view outside of our tent is gorgeous tall trees overlooking a creek area with no campsites behind us, only on each side and across the drive.

Great stay

Village owned and operated campground, right on the St. Joseph River. Open all year. Many long term campers. $35 gets you a level full hook up site with WiFi. Very clean and well maintained with friendly staff.

Great family place!

Love this place! Spend as much time as possible here. Perfect family camp. Decent sized shades lots. Nobody camps in the field in the pictures. It has mostly seasonal campers and is right on the lake with boat docks.

Rules don’t seem to apply as people walk right thru your site. 1 person even walked up by me while I was cooking to see what it was. Drinkers partying loud music and voices till after midnight. The facilities are not the worst i have seen but the toilet in the men’s facility leaks at the base by…

Nice private sites, bathrooms can be far

We enjoyed camping here with the family. The sites are nicely wooded to give more privacy. There are convenient trails through the woods to get to the bathrooms but depending on your site it could be about a 10 min walk. The kids wished we had packed their bicycles to make trips to the bathrooms…

Perfect Combination

Big lots, lots of activities for the kids. But there is enough space that you can just quietly enjoy your campsite too.

Great secluded sites

The sites are spacious with the right amount of seclusion from your neighbors! Paved roads good for bike riding and walking the dogs. The only thing missing is a camp store!

Nice campground on a quiet lake

Camp sites were clean, some were awfully close together but were laid out nicely. Deep lake is perfect for kayaking, it's small and quiet. Restrooms, garbage and water pump are conveniently located.
