Secluded, private and pleasant campground!

We stayed four days at the Little Bay de Nock, which does reservations and first come first serve camping. and we feel it was well worth the money spent!  If you want showers, flushing water bathrooms, and other amenities you may want to look elsewhere but those who are okay with a bit less or…

Lovely stay

Lovely campground in a good location. I stayed in the top area with electric only hook ups. This area is pretty secluded. The full hook up area is pretty busy with several activities. WiFi doesn’t work well during peak browsing hours but works well at odd times and late. Large sites with room for…

Country village rv park

Awesome park. Playground which they are expanding. Large sites as it is a big rig park. Very clean bathrooms. They are adding a large game area and they have a swimming pool and hot tub.

One of our favorites!

Lots of trees and foliage so sites are at least semi-private - nearby lake for fishing and swimming and hiking trails too! Clean and modern shower facility which is greatly appreciated… a campground we keep coming back to.

Parking lot by the lake

Stayed for 5 nights. The third party computerized reservation system gave our site to someone else. Fortunately, we were put into a first-come first-served campsite right on the water which is a major upgrade. All of the sites (except for a few paved handicapped sites) are grass. Perimeter sites…

Van Riper State Park

We stayed at Van Riper State Park three times during June and July. The park is always clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms and showers and generally always nicely maintained as well, and there are plenty of both. The bathrooms do tend to run out of soap and toilet paper at busy times. Dogs are…

Nice, casino area

Had spot #18 , kinda remote. Large RV’s , very quiet , away from the casino. Inexpensive, clean and very neat. Will definitely stay here again.

No no no

This place looks like a scene from a movie; like Vacation (1983) pool full of swans scene instead of RV (2006) picturesque scenes! Packed full, one spot (literally up to the highway — noise fetish?) and it was the roomiest; just looks sad. Lots of kids. We’ve raised ours, don’t mind kids, but when…

Good Site

Nice tent site with a lovely view of the lake. The beach area is nice for wading, but the water was a little chilly in June. The bathrooms are clean and the showers are free! The people at the front desk are friendly and helpful.

The only reason it is not 5 stars is because the tent sites were…
