Little Bay De Noc, Lake Michigan access with a pier. Only a few campsites, but includes group fire pit, playground and proximity to Pictured Rocks, 1 hour. Lots of hiking and great motorized non-motorized off-road trails.
Close to Iron Mountain but tucked away in the woods enough to be secluded. We stayed during the week and we're the only site occupied. Very peaceful, lake was very nice

Easy to get to. No service for TMobile or Verizon, but still a great secluded spot.
The campground itself was kinda trashed + kids toys everywhere. The bathrooms were dirty and “out of order” like feces on the floor dirty. They had live music every night during the summer, which started at 7 and went well past midnight. We stayed for a couple hours before packing up and leaving…
We got one of the spots closer to the road but turned out great! These spots don't have quite the lake view but seem to feel more quiet and secluded. The lake views were gorgeous, amenities fine. We found this after leaving another spot closer to Marquette that felt uninviting despite all the…
Very nice - we were in site 31. Plenty of space and we did not feel like we were too close to others. They had lots of hiking trails near and a bar and pizza place. Nice store, nice staff, pool/ hot tub, and right on the river. You are also able to take a nearby ski lift up the mountain for some…
I went to Pentoga many years as a kid, always a good time. They have a decent playground and camp store, the beach is great for swimming and the lake for fishing. They have a dock to jump off about 50' out, and another with a diving board about 200' out. There are trails and a lot of history to…
This is very close to the Munising/Pictured Rocks/ Christmas Michigan areas.
The campground is adequate, but not the most awesome bathrooms.
There was a great trail near our campsite that had signs and info about the birds in the area (great for young ones especially).
Adequate place for…

If you love mountain biking or hiking you stay here. Period. You are right on the trails. Bathrooms and showers are nice. If you have little ones the grom trail rims next to the top camp site. We love going here.
Great off the beaten path spot. There is a boat launch right at this site and a small private beach that can be used for wonderful star gazing. Sites are small and close together. The bathrooms (outhouse style) while clean, were full of bugs. I was there in early September on a Sunday night and it…
Has a micro brewery onsite too.
We came up here with a reservation to camp the weekend and go to Pictured Rocks. Pretty quiet, not too close to any one else, and plenty of trees for everyone to set up hammocks and slack lines. Great campground access to Lake Au Train with a swimming area. I had been told the Lake Au Train had…
Fantastic. Large spots. Full hookups. Amazing hiking and mountain biking and easy access to all Marquette has to offer. Cool river access. Pool is good enough, nice hot tub, putt putt, excellent bar, camp store.
Nice, clean, quiet right on the lake. Full hookups, level sites and lots of room for large gatherings at the party pit. A short drive to Marquette.
We enjoyed our time at Superior Times. The owners are working to improve the resort and keep guests happy and have made several updates. We stayed in a cabin with a newly remodeled bathroom, which was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was nice too.
Kids fished, rode Sea Doos -…
