Super staff and lots to do for kids. Sites are small but some full hookups.
Great campground with over 100+ sites. Some are primitive sites but most have water. Bathroom, shower house and playground are available. They won’t let you park in the grass so boats have to parked out front of campground. The best are the hiking trails. It’s a short drive or walk thru the woods to…

Lots of trees and a nice fishing pond. The bathrooms were clean. Very affordable. We checked in late and left early so we didn’t get to see the little store. When I called to make a reservation the lady was very nice and helpful.
Several pools to choose from, plus a beach and water obstacle course—our kids thought they’d found paradise! The bathhouses were clean, if not the newest we’ve seen. Close proximity to Mammoth Cave. Don’t miss the Amish bakery/cafe nearby!

5½ mph speed limit does not apply to golf carts. As a campground that rents them out, you would think they would restrict their equipment to follow their set speed limits
At time we went it waw all about fishing below the dam
Easy check in and nice level sites close to the water. The newer section has very few trees for shade. The older section had plenty of shade and nice sites.
The bathrooms were beautiful and air conditioned! They were very clean and smelled like a swimming pool. They were nice and cool after a hot sweaty day and tent camping.
Campground entrance is a pretty big hill. Signs to direct you to the office, but office can be hard to find. Host drove us to campsite. I have. 33 foot trailer and my sites 22-25 are on a hill. I could not pull thrugh the site because of hill. Could not level trailer because when I got it level…
Not many first come first serve sites, but if you can snag a spot you will be rewarded with a peaceful evening. There is a theatre insight which is 70 years old and full of history. Amazing people, close to town and very inexpensive.
The site I was in was on such a steep hill I left early because I was afraid I would break my leg getting in and out if my camper.

Natural Tunnel is awesome. Not a lot of sites which is great. I’d recommend Lovers Leap as the sites are super spacious and far apart from each other. Some have more shade than others. The bathrooms are super clean and there is even laundry. The ranger programs are fantastic. We recommend the…
Many of the sites have a view of the water. The sites are well separated leaving a lot of room for the kids and walking the dog as well.
There is a nice beach but no lifeguard. Lots of shade trees as well.
Great place for boaters and kayakers. There are multiple docks to set at and a put in road…
We had a great time. Bring the bug spray, sunscreen and plenty of exention cords. The campground needs investment as majority of the sites are narrow with difficult positions for hooking up and leveling, make sure you pay attention. To each site description. The Full hookup/Ada sites are new, the…
