Still Waters Campground

I booked this campground through The Dyrt back in March. When I came in early June for my reservation, they had all my booking information and confirmation from The Dyrt, but said that they don’t know how they get the money. I asked them to keep me updated and told them I will send them all of emails and confirmation that I paid through The Dyrt. Without warning, they charged my card for the full amount. I called and I asked why they did that and they told me that had not figured out how to get my money from The Dyrt and that they just started using their platform. They told me that they would refund me once I send them the proof that I paid through The Dyrt. I immediately did and after not hearing from them for 5 days, I called and they told me there’s nothing they can do because they don’t know how to get the money from The Dyrt. I told them that I don’t understand how that means they can charge me 2 times since there is proof I paid. Them not understanding how the platform works does not mean the problem falls on the customer. They told me not to bother disputing the charge because it isn’t fraud since they didn’t have the money from me. Lensey Courtney was extremely unprofessional and rude. Despite being told numerous times from her that this issue is because they just started using The Dyrt and that they don’t know how it completely works, it is still somehow my fault and I should have to pay 2 times. Worst customer service experience I have ever received and they obviously do not care if they steal money from you. I 100% will never return and I regret giving them my money in the first place
