We love Twin Oaks RV Park. They are very friendly and make you feel like family. The pool is sparkling clean as well as the grounds and bath houses. I highly recommend it.
This was a great spot for a quick stop while traveling through. Literally right off the interstate. The park was super clean and quiet (except for a little road noise from the interstate) but that was not bad and did not bother us at all. The staff were super polite and helpful. There was a fenced…
It seems like this park is half long term folks and half overnighters. We stayed for 6 days and took advantage of the area to relax, explore and take care of things like scheduled auto maintenance and supply shopping.

Overnight stay to cut a trip in half. Clean site, kids play area, pool, volleyball, horseshoe, fishing. Good spot for a quick stay, or extended.
On day of my second visit 4/6/21 park was open and ready for campers. Site is right next to DNR Ocgmulgee River acces. Grass well maintained, sites not well marked, while electric may be mostly 30 amp, #16 and likely others are 50 amp. No RV Dump found, all sites do have water. As of this date, cost…
Campground was full but paid for the day use so I could go hiking and use the bathroom after being on the road for 5 hours straight. Well...there were no bathrooms EXCEPT in the campground. Therefore there was no parking for the bathrooms.
The park is mostly roads. Roads that lead you only to…
Nice small campground. Very well maintained. Site18 was great for us and boat and 2 dogs. Most sites were large with plenty of space. Water and electricity but no sewer. Have dump station. Nice areas between site and lake. Cell signal was good for Verizon and AT&T was good to stream video.…

Traveling across Georgia from NC to visit family in MO, we thought we would stay overnight at a state park. Well GA in all is wisdom has the asinine rule that you must stay two nights even if the park is virtually empty so we were left scrambling to find a nice place to camp. Scenic Mountain is a…
This place is HUGE!! As others have said, the sites are a little close together and there's some traffic noise, but neither bothered me very much - I was real close to the road too, so not that bad at all. I was quite comfortable the two days I stayed here. They have a little convenience store with…

No frills park convenient to the interstate between 2 cities.
We camp here once or twice a year. Clean bathrooms and showers. I do feel for the tent campers, as there is nothing flat about the “tent only” sites. You can, however rent an RV spot and use a tent. (Just not the water front sites. Not sure why, this is a fairly new rule, because we used to tent…
We spent two nights here, both as stopovers. Management was helpful in their instructions as we were arriving after hours. The campsites had a grill, table and there was a dog exercise area. The showers were spotless. We will be visiting Twin Oaks again.
