Nice, spacious sites

Friendly neighbors, nice comfort station with bathrooms, showers, laundry and a little free library. Lots of level tent sites next to pavilions with playground equipment. Very calm and quiet park ❤️

Very Clean and Pleasant

This was a very clean park with paved loop and sites. It had nice grassy areas and swing set and bike and walking trails. Full hook ups are available. Campground host wasn't very friendly and seemed annoyed we did not have a reservation even though there were plenty of sites open.

Good cell reception with AT&T and Verizon.

Excellent tent camping

I love the separate tent & RV campsites. The tent sites are decent size and there is some wooded space between each one so it felt quiet and semi-private. The only downfall was that we had to move a lot of golfball-size rocks out of the way to set up our tent, and we inevitably missed a few, but otherwise it was great! The bathrooms were pretty clean and there is even a laundry facility. The tent sites have electricity, too. My kids enjoyed biking around the camping loop and we did some geocaching. For the price ($15/night), this is a pretty great place to camp.

Great for families

Just got home from a great weekend at LTP. Sites are nice we were at site 11 pull thru with full hook up. Splash park was fun and clean for the kids as well as really nice walking trails we enjoyed.

Very nice county campground, close to town but surrounded by nature.

They have 3 camping areas. Section 1 is for tents and pop ups. Section 2 is full hookups for campers, 5th wheels and motor homes. Site 3 is for equine camping.

We stayed in the equine section. Total of 12 sites. Only 3 of us there. Nice and quiet.

Small county park

We stayed for the weekend so we would be close to relatives for a visit. The sites are nice and paved with full hookups. There was even a dish at are site for satellite. Nice paved trails for hiking. They have equestrian trails. Golf carts are also allowed. There is a creek and pond. Small water park and play ground for little ones. Great price for full hookup at $30 per night and senior discount is offered.
