Enchanting Summertime Solitude

When I planned my trip to the Smokies, I left the last few days open, so I could decide at a later time what kinda ✨vibe✨ I was feeling.

Would I want to travel through more of Tennessee and down through central Georgia, skipping North and South Carolinas entirely? Maybe spend some time in…

Dogs are welcomed but ,,,,,

I love this park. Its clean. Staff is friendly. The attractions are amazing. Everyone keeps to themselves. The beach is not dog friendly, that's the only complaint I have. Even thoe my husband is disabled we still get harrassed by all the Karen's. And of course park rangers. It's a little…

Excellent place to stay

This campground is 3 miles from the historic district with tour tickets and shuttle service included with tour purchase, short walk or bike ride to the beach, restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores close by. Very clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Pet friendly

Great location 👌

We went over 4th of July weekend. Took 2 kids and our puppy tent camping, but the site had an electrical hook up, so we had power. The sites are all super sandy, so be prepared for that. Some sites are more shaded than others, some collected more water when it rained, but we all still had a blast.…

Close to the Beach...not on the beach

This is a nice campground amongst the trees on Anastasia island in St. Augustine. It is a ways to the actual beach if walking or a short bike ride. Also, the critters here are abundant and intelligent. Dont think you are going to fool them with the usual tricks, they will find a way into your food…

Better the 2nd Time

I’m not sure what classifies RV Parks as a resort vs just a park but it should be dropped from Bulow. When I think of resort, I think luxury amenities, spacious sites, professional staff, etc.. As a full timer I’ve stayed at lots of RV Parks and this one is just ok. It’s great proximity to the…

Nice city park beach and lake

Stayed two nights in a 21 ft motorhome. Loved the city park with tons of amenities including beach and lake access. Provides full hook up with 30 or 50 amp service. Our site 283 was great as close to park entrance, beach access, lake and store. Only disappointed in the bath house shower…

Lovely even in winter

We stopped in for a weekend during the cooler Florida months. Was nice to sit by the fire. Lots of privacy. Restrooms clean. Music at an amphitheater close by was nice at night.

Weekend Getaway

Great private campgrounds. Clean bathrooms. Friendly staff. We love how you feel isolated, but there is city life within a few minutes.

Mixed feelings

Hanna park was a mixed bag for us. The park location was nice, near Mayport. The park is beautiful with lots of fun things like trails, fishing, bike and kayaks. It has a big lake on one side and miles of ocean on the other side. The campground was a surprise because the sites were small, not…

Sand galore! Great location and palm trees a plenty

This is a beautiful park but be prepared to have every inch of your camper covered in sand. They have a great camp store with kayak rentals. We could put our kayaks in from our site.
